I just called to cancel my service as I will be relocating overseas and was happily surprised to have been treated with utmost empathy, the lady on the phone was kind, spoke to me in english with no issues and helped me to get my contract cancelled in a breeze
Super helpful, even told me that she would be sending me a separate email with the date of cancellation, amazing!
I am more than satisfied with the custome service
I am more than satisfied with the customer service provided by Energydrift. I experienced an issue with receiving my invoice online, which unfortunately affected my ability to make the payment on time. However, their highly trained and exceptionally courteous team handled the situation efficiently and professionally.
They responded with impressive speed, quickly identifying the problem and providing a clear and effective solution. The entire process was smooth, and I truly appreciated their responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction.
It is reassuring to know that when an issue arises, their team is ready to assist promptly and competently. I highly recommend their service based on this positive experience.

Very bad experience so far
Had a call with Leon, who after seeing my last faktura from my previous provider assured me that going back to Energidrift would be cheaper. I switched, I received my first faktura from them - it is in fact more expensive than what I was paying before. I wrote back asking for an explanation, but didn't get a satisfactory reply. After then, it's been 10 days of complete silence from their end. So, until I get a proper resolution to this I feel completely cheated by their customer service.
I don't know if I have been particularly unlucky lately, or the Danish customer care culture is going to the drain...
EDIT: I finally received a call from customer service, a very friendly and understanding lady who actually changed my contract to make it cheaper than what I had before switching. Updating from 1 to 3 stars based on the entire experience.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service.
I was unable to understand my invoice (in Danish). I called and quickly reached someone. The representative I spoke with explained all the charges and helped me to set up payment services. Very helpful and could not ask for a nicer or more professional interaction. Thanks again!
