I had a great experience with the installation of my electricity meter, thanks to Engineer Ian. He was extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout the whole process. He was always ready to help, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with everything being done. The installation was quick and smooth, and I genuinely have no complaints at all. In fact, I highly recommend his service — excellent work!

Arrived on time. Everything set up for isolator install within a few minutes. Explained about devices that need to be turned off completely. Work completed without any issue. Everything fully explained. A* workmanship. Area left clean and tidy. Excellent technician and service.

Lee came to install the next generation meters. He was diligent, and made sure he showed me the new meters. Really happy with the service and trust him to do a great job! Would highly recommend him!

We had smart meters fitted and the engineer was timely, polite, and tidy. The whole job was surprisingly straightforward with no issues at all. I can’t recommend Lee highly enough.

Had Treena come out and fit new smart meters for us, kept us informed of likely arrival time on the day. Was efficient and got it sorted quite quickly.

Amazing service from Tina today- great communication before the appointment, friendly and cheerful on the day. She went above and beyond to get our meters changed despite ancient pipe work and really tricky placing of the meter meaning she had to do extra work. Thank you so much!

Although she could only do the electric meter and not the gas one as well, I’ve never had an engineer as friendly or as helpful as Tina! I didn’t feel like I had a stranger in my home. She talked me through a lot and she was so easy going, if only every engineer was like Tina. Thank you for your service today you made it feel very easy.
