A complete cowboy outfit, avoid at all costs
This is one of those reviews where if I could leave zero stars I would. Sadly I can't comment on the quality of the work, as they didn't show up.
We booked a job months ago with the Managing Director Lee Danysz, and confirmed several time since then via phone. We bought the relevant supplies for the job, and my wife booked the week off work to be in the house whilst the work was carried out. So far so smooth, but it soon went downhill.
Suspicions first arose when Lee stopped responding to texts and answering phone calls the day before he was due to start work. And low and behold – nobody showed up the next day. We’ve had absolutely no communication from Energise Heating to fore-warn us. Reviews elsewhere (specifically Rated People) show that this is a common occurrence – agrees to a job, people make arrangements, Lee and Energise Heating stop answering both his mobile and their company phone and doesn’t show up.
We literally had a conversation with Lee the week before he was due to start work to confirm (again) and arrange payment.
So, my wife has taken a week off work for no reason and our house is full of plumbing and tiling supplies until we can find alternative arrangements.
