I have always been dissatisfied with the high account rates, which do not correspond in any way to consumption.
I have now canceled my contract as this could not be changed. And my fears have unfortunately been confirmed in that, after 4 months, I have not yet received my receivable of DKK18974.49 back.
Even if I call during opening hours, I get a voicemail stating that I have called outside of opening hours. I can NOT recommend Preasy/Energive.
