Terrible aftersales service! We paid €11,000 (after grant reduction) for our Solar installation. The system stopped working on 27 January 2025. It took them 30 days to send an electrician who diagnosed a faulty inverter. We are still waiting and have been paying full electricity bills for 81 days now while the sun keeps shining and our Solar Panels lie defunct.

My mam got her solar panels installed a few years ago with a water diverter and she loved the constant hot water even in the depths of winter.
A few weeks ago it stopped working and despite numerous phone calls and emails from myself and my mam we are still no further along in getting it sorted. My mam is nearly 70 and has had no hot water for almost a month now.

The after care is absolutely atrocious and non existent. The ladies who are on front of house try their best to help but there is nobody to talk to besides them.

Sort the after care out ASAP

Save your money or go elsewhere. After service and support is dire.
As it the huawei solar app or whatever sales pitch they will give you on it.

We used Energlaze twice - windows and deep retro fit. They were excellent in the installation, managing contractors and the administrative support for the SEAI grants.

For any of this type of work I would use and straongly recommend Energlaze

There was good contact from Energlaze before and after installation. The installation team were pleasant, efficient and conscientious. We couldn't have asked for more.

We contracted energlaze to replace patio sliding door, front door, and to upgrade our windows with low-e plus heat retaining glass. Our journey with energlaze was very professional from start to finish. The team at all stages were informative and hard working. Bottom dollar, our house is warmer, condensation gone from inside the windows, and most important my better half is very happy, with the completed project. Finally dare I say it, yes, we had to turn down the thermostat for the heating.

From my initial contact with Energlaze my experience has been excellent. I replaced my front door and surrounding side lights. Dealing with the personal in the office was a pleasure with nothing I mentioned creating an issue. Very professional at all times. The fitting was excellent with no evidence of any works done only for the new door and side lights fitted. My house was left immaculate. I am very confident that I will be using Energlaze again to get my windows retrofitted in the very near future and I would have no hesitation in recommending Energlaze to get all forms of energy upgrades completed due to their ultimate professionalism.

From initial contact to installation of the replacement glass in the house everything went so smoothly. Energlaze staff were so helpful when I needed to change my installation date with no fuss whatsoever.
The guys who came to install the glass were brilliant they completed the job in double quick time and were very neat and tidy. The difference in the house now is amazing and I would recommend Energlaze to anyone.

Fantastic company to deal with . Had heat retaining glass fitted on the back of my house and new windows fitted on the front . Also had solar panels fitted and cavity wall insulation.

We were very happy with the performance of Energlaze. The contract was carried out within the agreed time frame and budget. Both Darren and Brian who installed our replacement windows did so in a higly professional, skilled and conscientious manner. They were courteous and responsible and took every effort to minimise intrusion and the inevitable dirt and damage required in the process.

Our nightmare with Energlaze started on 10 July 2024.
James from sales gave us a good quote for replacing windows and wrapping the house. However, this quote (€33,872.60, where the wrong grand was applied) was just the first of other 3, all more expensive, and we managed to come to an agreement for 36.000euros. After closing the deal and sending the deposit, James stopped answering. I wanted to have some clarification about the specification of the project, so I contacted the office. Sharon told me that James would have called me back, until I was told that James was no longer working for Energlaze.
Since the project wasn't starting and weeks passed by without any clarification I requested the company to give us an explanation. Jamie from the sales team and Pat were over to discuss details and to apologize for the delay. Pat started lecturing me and my partner about how Palladium lock works and how often people would call him after being lock out from their houses, but still no clarification about the job timeframe was given. Instead, Pat pointed out that the door that we initially chose with James (Rome, Palladium) had a different mechanism and we had to pay an extra 500 euros. Jamie also mentioned that the 2 french doors at the back of our house were not originally included in James quote. Obviously, both doors were included in the original quote. We agreed on paying the extra 500 and Energlaze agreed on not charging us for the 2 french door (included in the quote with James). I requested Pat and Jamie to give us a detailed written quote including all windows and doors. The quote was sent the following week. Weeks passed by and I kept asking the company for updates in vane. On 6 September 2024, Jamie sent us an email stating that the surveyor had outlined that extra work for the wrapping needed to be done for an extra 4,500euros. At this point, my partner and myself in shock replied saying that the work should have been outlined earlier on and they were backing out from the agreement, as they had deliberately lied on the additional work to ask for more money. I had to put the managing director in cc in order to return us the deposit, which was returned the week after.
We wasted 2 months with Energlaze so far. I warn you not use them. You can't trust them!

Excellent service all around.

In my case I was dealing with Jamie and treated with the utmost respect as a person who didn’t understand solar pv. He not alone answered all my questions but explained the answers in a way I could understand. It was a 10 out 10 experience which was why I gladly gave Energlaze my business.

I got a new front door and the process was seamless and the fitters on the day were excellent. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly and were very neat and tidy.
