Gross abuse of elder computer illiteracy
I have received a demand for payment within 14 days. The demand is dated 14th August, I received it on the 21st August. Therefore, 7 days already elapsed. Previously, I’ve always received printed invoices. I had no previous correspondence from them although the demand states ‘further to previous correspondence’. I’m 80 and computer illiterate so always receive printed invoices. I’ve replied by return to their Helpline today 21st August pointing out this problem. I should point out that they’ve added a late payment charge to add to this gross inefficiency.
