Energy Concerns did a great job on our Solar Panel installation, we had 20 panels installed with a SigEnergy Inverter Battery and gateway!
Todd was great from the first point of contact, with a video call explaining everything and showing us how the SigEnergy system works.
The installation was smooth, there was no mess and Steve & Lance were very professional with Clear communication throughout.
I would recommend Energy Concerns to anyone that asks, not a local company to me as I am 2 hours away in Whaplode Lincolnshire. However they felt like the best company for the job 😊

Installation great had 1st battery installed on my solar and then had 2nd battery installed to make sure I had all the capacity I required so far so good
Three years down the line had a new router fitted and could not connect router to my phone
Contacted Todd the owner for help no reply to emails or messages for about a month then said Friday after 3pm nothing on the day and nothing ever since
So after sales if they are not earning they don't seem to care
All this since mid April this year

I used Energy Concerns to install 19 solar panels, 24kw batteries with 8kw inverter along with 19 Tigo’s on my house and i can say without doubt that this company are an extremely professional solar panel installation company led by Todd and his team of skilled electricians. I would have no hesitation on recommending this company to others for their solar panels installation whether it be business or home installations.

Right from the initial visit through to the installation and commissioning the process was smooth and business like; nothing was too much trouble and any little snags were overcome and dealt with by Todd who takes personal ownership of everything on site.

I rang five installation companies and i can say that Energy Concerns were by far the most knowledgeable about the products and filled me with confidence about the installation.

The installation was over seven elevations and I can say without doubt that Energy Concerns are extremely neat and tidy; will discuss runs of electrical wires and give you the benefit of there extensive knowledge on what to install and where.

I can safely say that Energy Concerns would be my go to Solar Installation Company; they were very competitive on price which is always good as well. The warranty on all products is exceptional and i have peace of mind knowing that this company is reputable and a safe bet to get your solar panels and battery installed right first time.
