I paid your order 3 weeks ago. But my order still says "payment pending" and you're ignoring all my emails for over 2 weeks now. What a bunch of a*sholes. Give me my damn refund.

Yakata Ninendez, you are attacking our company with no proof. If you have spent over $10,000 USD (BTW we don't charge USD, we charge our wines in SGD) and 100 bottles, perhaps you can show proof of your purchase to show that we're a scam company. I'm more than happy to take your lies to any level. The eye of customers are bright, they know who's lying and who's not with proof of purchase. Otherwise, it just proved that you're a liar.

Premium Price, Zero Results Or Service, Just excuses
Over $300USD, claims of 21 days max turn around. Its been nearly two months now just excuses after excuses. Be very wary with this "company" which is sad as they are very much needed but are doing the opposite and seem to have no real desire to fix the issue or do what they say.
