The socks we recently purchased were not the same. The emblem that was put on all the orders we had are not on the socks we just purchased and they are giving no compression at all!!!! We’ve bought over 30 pairs , not only did they take over a month to receive them but they are not the same ones we’ve always received … very disappointing!!! I wanted to reach out to you today because I did personally investigate into your order and during the time period it was purchased there was a high demand in orders which caused a delay in your package arrival. This didn't affect all customers - only in some very limited cases.

Ordered these compression socks on feb 4th. Still have not recieved them. Although they claim 4-7 days for delivery. Have written e-mails and just get this response (ticket created) No resolution at all. Now the 21st of Feb and they say they will arrive 24th. Will never order here again. No customer service to speak of. Maybe don't give estimated delivery date if you cannot meet it.

My next step will be better business bureau and my bank to try to get a refund!
