I received several phone calls from one…

I received several phone calls from one of your representatives. You only came back with a better deal once I said I would do it myself. The person I was speaking to was clearly not happy with this decision, his manner changed and he became abrupt.

I've never gotten this far before and…

Trying to change a meter

I've never gotten this far before and this supplier I'm changing from is a total ripoff cause they're in control of the switch please get me away from them

Hello Haisley, as a switching service we would not be able to change your meter, this is something that your energy supplier would do for you. Once an application has been sent to your new supplier it is their responsibility to process this for you. If you have any questions regarding getting your meter changed, we would recommend you contacting your energy supplier directly. Once you have your meter changed and are ready to change suppliers, please contact our friendly sales advisors on 0800 074 0745, Monday to Friday 9am till 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am till 5pm. Very helpful Energy Helpline

I always use Energy Helpline when I need to find the best energy supplier. I find
them very helpful. I changed supplier on line which was very simple to do after I had a call from one of their staff telling me I could get a cheaper supplier than I was on. My contract was coming to an end at the end of September. I had already decided to stay with the same supplier that I was already on but after the phone call I looked again and got a cheaper tariff. Very thankful to the lady who phoned me.

Energy Helpline unlike before your…

Energy Helpline unlike before your service has been deteriorated compared with a few years ago, i.e. when I talked to Brian over the phone he was always very evasive to his customer which I found very irresponsible.

I always use Energy Helpline in the past but from today the reputation of Energy Helpline is going to be same as Uswitch which I don't trust.
