Tried to fill in their online form for…

Tried to fill in their online form for a comparison...meter Mpan number..ha ha ha..if you leave the page to look at info elsewhere then it removes the numbers already entered. If you actually manage to enter all the numbers then are crazy enougth to move on to the next requested box, it simply deletes all the data you entered..If any company is this rubbish at this stage then decades of experience says STAY WELL AWAY

I love this site

I love this site, it's so easy to use because I want a price comparison on my screen. I don't want to do it over the phone, like so many other sites enforce.

But this time I only got three quotes off British Gas, so that seemed a narrow choice. But usually much better choice.

Failure of change of supplier

After telling me I'd changed provider successfully subject to approval from EDF, you then informed me that the change had been unsuccessful - "your application to EDF Energy for your electricity has been rejected." So I picked up the phone and called Octopus energy who were extremetly helpful and successfully effected a change.

Appalling service from Energylinx a…

Appalling service from Energylinx a subsidiary of GoCompare. Lost my electricity switch, sent illegible documentation late, then never told me that the switch was not going ahead. Difficult to get hold off, failed to meet the promises they make.
Strongly suggest you avoid both Energylinx and GoCompare - absolutely shambolic.

The rating should be 0 stars. My proposed contract was never forwarded to te supplier and Energylinx are not accepting phone calls !
Total waste of my time, avoid this company if at all possible.

rejected

hasnt worked for me. twice i have applied to renew a contract. both times it has been rejected due to business name not added, which it was both times.

Quote done and contract signed then…

Quote done and contract signed then rejected by Supplier - who is actually our existing supplier.! Asked to call Energylinx for reason only to be answered by a machine that says e mail in - still waiting for a response.

I’ve filled in all of the details

I’ve filled in all of the details, I have an automated response back saying you have passed my details onto the provider to confirm where the switch can go ahead, I haven’t heard back from you for over a week... what is going on?

I can see you applied on October 27th and we passed this on to your new supplier.

At the time of your application, we sent you an email stating we would be in touch if the supplier required any more information. The supplier accepted your application, so in this instance, no more information was required.

From this point in the process, it is the suppliers responsibility to update you. We expect your new supplier to be in contact to confirm your start date. If you haven't received confirmation, please email customerservices@energylinxforbusiness.com who will be able to request a status update from them.

I would like to apologise for your negative experience but can assure that we have done everything we can on our side.
