EPC Survey
I had the standard EPC survey. Was easy to organise, done accurately and professionally, and turned around in just a couple days. Competitive price compared to some others, and good quality! Would definitely recommend.

Daniel was very professional in the whole process of carrying out an EPC survey. He confirmed all details were correct before house visit. Was punctual and very polite during survey. Produced the EPC certificate within 2 working days.

Disappointing. Daniel refused the assistance of an existing floor plan when measuring up - which we thought unusual as having drawn many floor plans, I knew how helpful having at least an outline and measurements to check my own against is a great help. We left him to it, but were a bit concerned when, in front of us, Daniel tried to use squeezing his hand through an almost closed window to measure a wall thickness, when there was an easy, clear access to measure this on the balcony........ but he didn't say what he was trying to do at first, and then it seemed rude to point this out. We didn't think much more of it until the EPC came through and we were surprised by his overall measurements, which we asked if he could please re-check. Sadly, our multiple efforts requesting communication on this have been completely ignored. We're all only human - mistakes happen and differences of opinion arise - but dealing with them is how you show your true colours.

Daniel was fantastic and helpful in providing an accurate energy performance certificate after a bad experience with a previous assessor. Great service and would recommend to others.

I had the gas safety check, electric safety check and energy efficiency certification. All engineers came in one afternoon, so no need to juggle my time. They kept to schedule and after payment, which was very reasonable, I was sent Certificates. It was an easy process, I will use them again.

From booking to issuing of certificate all was very simple. Daniel arrived on time, was courteous and polite, carried out the survey without fuss and issued certificate within the two days as promised
