EnergySage is garbage with zero accountability. Signed a solar installer via their platform who lied about even filing the permit.
Installer promised refund of my deposit, never did. I involved EnergySage who promised they were working with THEIR installer to refund, still nothing.
Now EnergySage won't refund me themselves.
No accountability for not doing their only job. EnergySage is useless.
I got an E-mail that said a contractor had left a message for me and I should log into my Marketplace account. I followed the instructions and clicked on the link EnergySage sent me, and got the following worthless results. (I clicked on the link immediately, well within one minute and not the 15 minutes they say you are allowed.)
Whoops!

As the reality of his win slowly sank in, the soft-spoken winner couldn’t hide his joy. “When I got the winning call, I was so, so happy,” he said, still buzzing with excitement. While he hasn’t decided how exactly he’ll use the prize money just yet, one thing is certain – he’s not done dreaming big.
If i wanted my personal information spread across the internet, with little regard for my privacy i would use this company. Energysage has a very lax policy carried out by young employees to keep costs down. They do not get any deals for their service, they just help you connect to a solar company you can find with google, instead you gave away personal info, that energysage can sell...
EnergySage made exploring solar for my home simple. I entered my energy needs in minutes and quickly received several detailed quotes from reputable installers, each clear enough to compare on features and price. The installers responded fast and professionally. I never needed to contact support once. If you're considering solar, this saves serious time. Highly recommended.

EnergySage was responsive at first but not much has come of it. The rep seemed a little bored answering questions.
