They did dodgy works on electricals, the guy didn't even his own tools??? No electrical certificate produced

Subject access requests ignored for all documents.

Dodgy fitting of external wall insulation, multiple gaps , fire safety risk and water damaged, broken bricks, unfinished roof lining which means you couldn't start EWI before that

Three times the EWI manager was told to remove the dodgy fitting , he tried to continue until I told him to leave in such terms.

Also reviews from Canada on this profile. How can a Canadian say they did good work, it is a UK government scheme?

Any negative reviews then the company will claim slander?

They can't even get builders to use their own tools, they borrowed our own power tools
. The vents in the window, so bent as well he didn't even use a pencil, investment in power tools is one thing, not being able to buy a pencil ..sheer incompetence

loft insulation dodgy too, create a blockage on the stairwell and plastering all over the place, not finished and electrical sockets still out, and they kept tripping the electrics ..not qualified for electrical work despite being signed up to an electrical body NICEIC.

Well what can I say.. rude workmen that pee in the street and refuse to speak english, 7 holes drilled through my wall, drainpipe left off so water was left to run down the wall causing damp issues in the 2 front rooms, mess and paint everywhere including my doors and windows, left all the rubbish in my garden for me to clean and left the street covered in paint!! Definitely would NOT recommend this company!!!

I am writing about this appalling company that has made my life a living nightmare,
Would not recommend this company to anyone, please shop around for an alternative company,

Got told by the company that it would take 3 weeks to complete the job, 7 and half months later still not completed,
Sent complete ametures around, I don’t think they have ever done this sort of work before, and made a complete mess of things.
Got told by the company boss that he would send replacement contractors to correct all of the problems, but no he sent the same people around to see if they could fix all of their mistakes, which only made things worse, it was only after a home inspection that he decided to send replacement contractors, still not finished, no sky for nearly 8 months new driveway completely covered in render and base coat chemical stains all over my driveway because they never protected my property,
used window sills as threshold steps can’t opens a window because of the render not installed properly
The list goes on and on, if could put photos of all the things that are wrong believe me I would.
So please do not use this company,

I had my boiler installed through the government scheme, but I ended up paying significantly more than I expected. The installation process was a disaster; they damaged my carpet, leaving water and dirt all over the place, and there were holes left in my wall. They removed the carpet from upstairs and didn’t bother to put it back correctly, and to make matters worse, my radiators were left leaking. I faced an overwhelming number of issues with the boiler, which was supposed to be brand new and in perfect working condition. I even had to report a gas leak to Gas Safe because of their negligence. They fed us so many lies throughout the process and even had the audacity to argue with us when we raised our concerns. Overall, my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend them to anyone. It's been a nightmare dealing with the aftermath of their poor service.

They did great job, they have knowledgeable gas safe engineer and give great customer service.

Energy saviour done great job. Finished in 2 weeks. I am very happy.
