I used Energy Suite Ltd for my heating. From the beginning, they understood my requirements and offered me advice on different solutions. All my questions were answered coherently and in a timely manner. The installers were on time and took care when installing. Definitely would recommend and use again. Thank you Energy Suite.

Beware of this company whilst they were installing heating my £950 camera was stolen and also a television was stolen, they did thousands of £ of damage to my property and left a big pile of builders rubble at the front of the house. my honest opinion is that they are cowboys and thieves

We qualified to make our home more energy efficient and used the services provided by Energy Suite. They have done a fantastic job and couldn't recommend them enough. They provided wall insulation, roof insulation, free boiler and radiators. The work provided was to a high standard and kept us updated on everything with excellent customer services.

Everything went as arranged. Date, times and work completed.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had been messed around by other companies with false promises.
Deflated, fed up, I gave up until Energy Suite made contact. At this point I had no hope however they went above & beyond to fulfil my request.

Our house was a house not a home always cold with heating on most the time with drafts.

They insulated all my external walls with 35/37mm INSULATED plaster boards & replastered the walls. Fit a new boiler & radiators with under floor insulation.

This has made a huge difference and left our house as a home, nice, cosy & warm with little use of central heating.

There service has been commendable with excellent communication throughout.

Been there, done that, I would strongly recommend using this company than any other!

Great service from start to finish. We had underfloor insulation completed and replacement external composite doors fitted. Communication was great from the company and always accommodating with dates despite how busy they were. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Following the ‘death’ of our boiler and the notification from the maintenance contractors that they simply could not cover it anymore as we had thousands of pounds of work done, we decided to get a new one. Our problem is there still is a shortage of income in our household with only one income which was at a standstill as my partner is self employed and I have a disability and cannot work due to the medications.

We carried out some research and found this company amongst others, their positive reviews helped us make a final choice. We dealt with this company over the phone for several days. We had a lot of queries and each time we called them with another, they allayed our minds.

I found that they were patient and understanding (especially since we were not au fait with much of the terminology!) We chose our boiler but there was a problem with it as our house is set over three floors excluding our basement. This meant that the staff had to do a whole lot more research to find one with a strong enough output; it also meant there was a slight increase in the monetary contribution we made. This was a slight problem but we understood the need for it.

The fitters that came were also amenable, quick and efficient. The boiler is fabulous, easy to set with the wireless thermometer and surprisingly very quiet compared to our 18 year old boiler.

As an added bonus we have been granted a seven year warranty with it. This saves on monthly maintenance and annual checks on it; these hidden extra costs are not factored in but do remember this if you are lucky enough to get one. We actually have told a little white lie about saving on annual checks, because there is one caveat and that is, that you must get an annual check on the boiler by an approved gas engineer, so we use the same one that we do for all our other household items.

I was informed throughout the whole procedure and the work that was carried out was 1st class. i would highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience and highly recommend the company. From people on the phones in the office, who try to help and go the extra mile for you. To the people who fitted the appliances, always keep you in loop if there was any issues they let you. They gave step by step guide to what they doing on the job. Hard working and tidy throughout the job, i couldn't fault them.

Our experiences was good, answered the phone to us all the time, sorted the issues we had due to no fault off there own.

The items we ordered and fixed was done a so smoothly.

I received a lovely call from a young women who informed me I was eligible for a free government scheme! Energy Suite were amazing at assisting me every step of the way to my new boiler. The team who came and installed the boiler were extremely polite and respectful and I was absolutely blown away by the service.

Had a brilliant experience with this company. They came down and looked over my home the size of rooms and existing radiators and advice the size of boiler I would need. They fitted a new boiler within weeks and I had a brilliant customer care service from them also. Can't recommend them enough.
