Unethical business

One of their repair drivers drove up a non-working road, (set aside from exercise) and blocked the path, so no one could use it. The road was locked and he didn't have a key, but seemed upset that he had to work, while we were exercising.

When people complained he laughed and "I'm an a**hole," and said call the number on the side of the truck. He knew he would would be protected. I have to doubt the ethics of a company where its employees can lack basic civility.
