I bought a anertech 652 for my bmw e90 as the supplyer segested (prima parts mosselbay) it had problems since week 1 its been aboit 7 months now the enertec batery tester they have shows replace battery on the print out and only 54%life so how the hel can a battery thats 7 monthes old be scrap it dose not take full charge i had it on 2 difrent chargers including a smart charger

The supplyer has tones of exuses i went back more than 6 times but they dont ceare they sent me to have the charging sistem tested on the car it tested 100% charging 13.9v whean that was not a problem they sent me again to have the car tested to see if it draws power while not in use it also pased that test thean they said they wil give me another battery but thears exuses everytime like they dont have the corect battery now

This battery drains even whean i disconect the batter from the car if i come back to the car after 2 days and conect it it dose not start the car so i wil never buy a enertech battery again as the 2 jear garentee is not honerd i had a bad willard battery a few jears ago and it was replaced within 2 days with no hassels

Every one i know knows about the isues im having to get this warentee sorted out with this battery and also said they wil never buy enertech agine espesialy from your supplyer (prima parts mosselbay )

Never in my life have I had such bad service. I went to Enertec Germiston and was assisted by Jordan one of the technicians. The battery was in the National Luna inverter sold to me and installed by Bushco. Jordan testeted the system and the battery wasn't charging. He removed the battery and gave me a job card (24338) he then said he would do further testing and get back to me. I eventually had to call him on 13/03/2024 after he never got back to me. He said the battery has been laying there all this time and there is nothing wrong with it. I went to the Germiston branch 19/03/2024 to collect this battery. The lady there told me that they are busy moving offices and that I have to go to Cargo Compass where Jordan is. I then went there and he told me to go back to Germiston because the battery is there. I told him no he must please make a plan and get it for me I will wait then we can test it on the National Luna. He came back later on at 16:22 with a new battery and told me I must leave because they are closing. I told him let's test it and he said no sign the papers and leave. I then fitted the battery myself and said see now it's charging. Again he replied you need to leave. This is very disrespectful dealing with a customer like this.
