Very transparent production for a high quality product. Leads the example how all manufacturers should work!

I have several wool silk shirts from various brands. I don't have a problem with any brand, but with the Engel brand there are holes in literally all my shirts and t-shirts within a couple of months time!
So I sent it to Engel GmbH for research and they say it's caused by moths.
Strange! Because moths should have also attacked all my other wool silk shirts. And they haven't; all other brands are perfectly fine.
Then I spoke to a friend about it and she and her family experience exactly the same problem with all her shirts, her husband's shirts and her daughter's shirts.
You can not tell me that moths only pick one brand to eat and leave the other brands of exactly the same material unaffected.
In any case, we will never buy anything from the Engel brand again in our families.
Engel responded that we do not take the care we should need for our wool silk clothing, but we care for them the same as the other brand wool silk shirts we have and they do not have holes at all!

I have severe latex allergi and I cant find any underwear or socks without the damn elastan in. I bought ur underwear last week that lists it as having 70% cotton and 30% silk. That equals to a total amount of 100%. Ergo there should be no room leftover for any other ingredients ffs! But, as I feared, there is ofc an elastic band(LATEX!!!) sown in, even tho this is not f'ing mentioned and not visible on zoom in picture either.
Ppl like me with allergies can NOT wear these, no matter how much u try to gaslight us into thinking its safe because there is cotton sown around it so it dont connect with the skin. Thats not how latex allergi works! I would still react to this and get red bumps. Pesonally i could wear them for an hour on rare occasion, like goig to the doctors, b4 i start reacting and feel a strong urge to take them off again. It would not kill me. But i cant wear them as it will mess with my histamine and increase my overall reation to all things latex and it can take a long time to dull down again. Ive tried so many products over the year and every singe company and site lies about the ingredient and dont list these last items, which can mean the difference between life and death eve, to those with severe latex allergy in inhalation. I am pissed off that u dont declare this and try to gaslight shops who write to u about this saying its 'protected' by other fabric. That doesnt matter, latex allergi dont work that way.
PLS start adding this, AND the polyester thread, to ur product declarations so ppl like me dont waste our money, and risk our health because u dont seem to think its important enough to mention. 100% of something means 100 f'ing % of something, with nothing xtra in it!! Anything else u write is a lie then and we cant count on u.
You are company nb 999 over the past 5 yrs who has diaspointed me and wasted my money, by not listing the FULL list of ingredients. This is a problem and i will contact the allergi association here, there is alr lots of flaws and loopholes for ppl like u to not have to declare these last few items, even tho u declare urself as being organic and health oriented lol. Ironi?
I havent used underwear for almost 6 years now because of companies like u, who lie to me when i buy ur items thinking there is no elastan in of any kind when its says 100% this or that.
ENOUGH, DECLARE IT! 'contains elastic band/polyester thread) voila done! Simple:)
Its incredible how companies like urs keep getting away with risking our lives and skin health by gaslightning us into thinking its ok if there is cotton wrapped around something. Or that the thread which can also something be polyamid(toxic) isnt worth mentioning. Research how LATEX allergy works and how its only maintained by limiting xposure for the rest of ur live, with the constant risk of increase in symptoms and anafylactic chok/death.
Ty for my safety and life, i hope, by adding ELASTIC BAND/ELASTAN to ur products from now on. Because u care about these things, right?
