Considering that you have still not delivered the gauge after 14 days when promised on a 2 to 3 days delivery I would say honestly very poor

order received 23/08/21 we dispatched UPS 24/08/21 customer phoned 03/09/21 to say not received, UPS tracking showed Gateshead 25/08/21 then nothing, UPS investigated, result from UPS on 08/09/21 lost and paid out small compensation. we dispatched another 08/09/21 customer received 09/09/21.
we reacted quickly to information given we are not in control of UPS.
