Awful customer service

Very similar to others. I bought a pair of stirrups leathers at the London horse show. I asked the lady for advice on what size I would need (5’6 adult) and she sold me a pair of 52”. It wasn’t until I’d got home and put them on my saddle I realised they were way too small. When I googled it, I should have had a 54” as a minimum.

I emailed them and they offered no apology, and in fact insinuated that I had put some kind of girth strap on which would mean they would be too short. And said that she was 5’9” and rode in those. Which I find completely ridiculous unless she rides like a jump jockey. In the end they said I could swap for the 58” but I had to pay for the other to be returned and I had to pay for the postage of the news ones- so basically costing me an extra £10 on top of the stirrups. The stirrups they sent out were clearly seconds. Looked different, felt different and different logos.

They don’t care at all about customer service. Will it be buying anything else from them.

no refund

I purchased a bridle from English bridles. Every part did not fit my horse. I returned this at cost and asked for a refund . They have refused and offered me a credit note.
Not good customer service

Poor customer service

The quality of the bridle was very good but the customer service poor.
I ordered a pony ‘comfort’ bridle that was in the sale, when I received it the headpiece was not of the ‘comfort range’ (padded with cutback for ears). When I emailed them they said I had not read the description properly (fair point although could be argued should be made clearer as advertised as ‘comfort’) but what really upset me was that during a phone call with them I was made to feel awful that I was disappointed when it was in the sale. I think humiliating your customers regarding what they can afford is not good customer service. They have refused to take the bridle back as it was a sale item so I am now left with a bridle I cannot use due to wanting to particularly protect my pony’s pole.
