The English classes are not well organised
There are just thematic classes and I was expecting them to be more focused on grammar and theory. Seems that you have to catch everything from the occasional teacher's explanations. Also it is better to have access to the materials even after we close the subscription.

B1 Intensive course (Step Ukraine)
I’m incredibly grateful to the British Council and our teacher Nataliya Pona, who has been teaching us B1 intensive for 10 weeks. If I’m honest, at the time we started this course, I couldn’t imagine when I could find the time to do pre-class activities and where I had the energy to attend lessons every evening. But we are lucky because Nataliya teaches us… Our lessons are so interesting that they start and finish in the blink of an eye. Thank you, Nataliya, for all the kind words that were said to me increasing my confidence. I started speaking English without being afraid of making mistakes. Thank you for the study techniques that I will remember as I improve my English. Thank you for the repeated corrections that you patiently make every day, explaining again and again. Thank you for persuading us to learn what we considered unnecessary… “You may not need it now, but you never know when you might need it”, Nataliya patiently repeated. Over these 2 months, Nataliya has become like a family member to me. There are only 2 lessons left and I'm already sad.
I’ll miss you, Nataliya and I’ll come back to British Council.
