Review of British Council Classes
I recently attended a class with the British Council and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Initially, I was assigned to the wrong level, which affected my ability to benefit from the classes. The setup of the class primarily involved interacting with group members rather than the teacher, which was not very beneficial as most of the conversations were with non-native English speakers. This setup seemed counterproductive to learning from experienced tutors.
Moreover, when I requested a refund after attending just one class, my request was denied. I found this quite disappointing, as I did not wish to continue with the program, and yet, they continued to charge me. This experience was quite disheartening, as I had hoped for a more positive and supportive learning environment.
