Stags head whisky glass
I bought a whisky glass with a stags head in Fort William just over a month ago.the pewter ring came off within two weeks of getting it home and last night the stags head emblem fell of. We were very careful in washing it never letting it soak in hot water and drying it carefully. I think after paying £30 for it the quality should be much better

I purchased from the website and needed the present in time before the weekend as it was for my best friends christening.
I explained this in an email to the company and they responded quickly and explained that it would be with me before the weekend. They were true to their word and it came in post 2 days later, perfect with the engraving i had requested.
Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone!

Ordered on Monday 18th December
Ordered on Monday 18th December, website stated order until 20th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Emailed on Friday 22nd to find out where my order was. Was advised it was just being despatched and would be with me the next day (sat 23rd). Not convinced, I asked for the tracking number...after tracking my order DPD states it would arrive on 27th! Not sure why they waited until the last possible shipping day before Christmas to despatch my order when I ordered in plenty time! I had one upset little girl on Christmas Eve (who wanted to get this glass for her Daddy) but obviously I had a back up plan as any parent would but that’s really not the point. I ordered in plenty time. They failed to deliver. No response when emailing or fb messaging them.
Rubbish service.

I recall, we were assured by our courier that parcels being dispatched on 22nd December would be delivered on 23rd December. On this occasion we were let down by our courier and we can only sincerely apologies for this. Our last working day was 22nd December and did not reopen until the New Year, where your email was replied to upon our return.

Pewter hip flask.
I chose the cheapest delivery option and still got a quick delivery.
I bought a six ounce pewter hip flask with a Celtic design on one side, the quality of the material and the workmanship is very good. It comes in a neat cardboard presentation box which would be ideal if intended for a gift.

Cancels paid orders without comment.
Why have a website with ordering if you cancel without some much as an apology?
I wouldn't waste my time ordering from here. They advertise you pay then they cancel and you have to wait for your refund.
Seems like a bit of a scam. Probably best to find somewhere with better customer service.
