Daughter Box

I wanted to do an update to my original review. I received my Daughter box. The engraving on the box was crooked and the g was missing in daughter. I e- mailed customer service and included a picture. They did respond quickly but for some reason I didn’t receive the responses. They did send a new box when they received my initial e-mail. So their customer service was quick to respond and rectify the issue. I should be receiving it soon. The necklace is pretty. I think my daughter will love it!

Super service

Super service! I Used a emoticon which wasn’t displayed on the website. Once arrived, I noted them that it wasn’t on the box. They changed it, without surcharge. I am positive surprised and I recommend this company. Well done :)
