Very easy to order on line as range is clearly shown. Previously ordered plastic dedication plaques where it was necessary to discuss finer details of the order. This last order was for a simple brass plaque which we ordered giving description on-line. Finished product was excellent in style and quality. Good to deal with a company who obviously know what they are doing - and doing it at a very fair price.
