Both bikes delivered within the week from ordering, very well packaged to guard against transit damage,
bikes easy to build after you have cut all the tie wraps and packaging off, only had for 4 days and been out every day, great bikes would recommend, i have arthritis in both knees, waiting for operations so ebikes perfect for me to help on the steeper slopes.
my wife and I both love the ebikes will have many happy rides out in the country side. Many thanks to engwe uk for all your help.

Engwe price/performance

In terms of price/performance ratio, Engwe is among the best. Is there a better e-bike? Of course there is! But they all cost 2-3 times more. I think it's a very good choice!

Very helpful company

I had recently bought an e-bike from this company, and they were always very available during the whole process, answering any questions i had and also offering some discounts. Unfortunately, the bike i got had a defective part that had to be replaced, but when i contacted the company to require a replacement part, they promptly organized the shipping for the spare parts needed without any extra costs.
It was always a pleasure dealing with these guys.

I love my bike

Everything was fabulous with my bike. It came on time, the price was really good, and my husband assembled it very easily.
I love all the features. The lights, the horn. The complete setup for how fast I want to go or how slow I want to go and how hard I want a pedal. It's perfect for me. I bought the right bike. My husband who bought a different bike thought mine was really fabulous. I love my bike. Buy this one because the company cares. They want to know how you're doing with your bike and if there's anything they can do to help you if you have problems. I've been biking a lot and had not experienced any problems. In love with the bike

Very Happy With My Engwe Purchase

Great service. Delightful bike!

I bent the seat post of my L20 Boost (my fault) and when I contacted Engwe they offered to replace it free of charge. I just bought a second L20 Boost, for my wife. We live on a small farm surrounded by forest. The L20s with their fat tires are perfect for riding on the forest trails hunting mushrooms and berries. The boost feature makes any hill a breeze for us pensioners.

The bikes and customer service is great

The bikes are awesome, they out perform all of my friends bikes from other makers, one of the best customer service I ever had to deal with, I've been in contact with them for multiple reasons, accessories, extra batteries and charges. The response time is always less that 24 hours and they're "on point" with their directions.

E26 riding in the fabulous Highlands of Panama.

Living here in the Highlands of Panama. Incredibly gorgeous, e-bike paradise! My Engwe e26 is amazing - perfect for this region. Fortunately there is a local mechanic that can work on this bike. 700 miles riding now and going strong everyday. Many people are asking about my bike so I think soon they will be placing orders. I will be able to help them with assembly and systems orientation - then Engwe group rides! Engwe shipped to Miami, then I had it shipped here. Arrived in perfect condition.

Unpleasant and tiring experience

My frame broke without any reason

My frame broke without any reason, I fell and strained my ankle and they wouldnt provide a solution because i couldnt find my order number etc. Awful service. It is a manifacturing mistake and I have lost hundreds of euro’s because of their mistake. Wouldnt recommend.
