My coach Jess was very intentional and practical in his coaching styles; was able to use real life experiences and situations at my own workplace to challenge my thought process of coming up with solutions.
Used more of questioning and probing to understand my work enviroment and situations and use same to give guidance on best leadership approaches.

Since starting my new role, I’ve been having monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with Jess, which have been incredibly valuable. This is a great course — very useful for anyone looking for a new job. The exercises make you think about what you’re doing and why. I will put it into action in my interviews. I very much recommend it.
