From start to finish Brad was professional, friendly and efficient. Gave a quote promptly and had the job finished in a timely manner and end result was fantastic. The setting was a care home and Brad and his team were very accommodating

A very timely and very professional…
A very timely and very professional installation company which we have used on two previous occasions for both new and replacement office flooring. The work was completed in a clean and efficient manner. Would highly recommend for quick, tidy and cost-effective office refurbishment.

I have used enhanced carpets now 5 times for both my business flooring and flooring and carpets at home.
The first time was in the business when we were returning after the 1st covid lock down. Brad was really helpful and the team great.
on all occasions their advise has been valued and the service is clean, friendly, precise and the communication is great.
I would highly recommend them

Great local servixe
I was keen to use a local service for my stair runner so I contacted Enhanced Carpets and Flooring. Brad was really helpful in offering advice about the type of runner we needed and helping me to find the right one for our stairs. Steve did a lovely job in fitting it and we are very pleased with the result and the service. Thank you.

We had a difficult room to deal with
We had a difficult room to deal with, on the 3rd floor. ECF were not phased in any way. The got rid of the damaged carpet, moved a very large wardrobe, and completed the job quite quickly. All very impressive. Our first port of call when we have a flooring need.

Flooring made simple
Brad and Steve made the process very easy and simple for us. They took the concept of what we wanted for each area of the house and provided the right solution for our needs. They offered their professional expertise, without pressure, to develop our requirements and give a better finish than expected.
The standard of workmanship, and cleanliness while in our house was remarkable, and they removed all the waste.
From first contact, to acceptance of quotation, to scheduling the work, to paying the invoice, was all a breeze.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend for others.

Best in the business!
Brad and Steve are the best in the business. They fitted my hallway with new vinyl and my living room carpet and have also been back to help me with repairs after my puppy attacked the carpet! I wouldn’t use anyone else for my flooring. Very good prices and a great selection.

Fast, efficient and brilliant service.
We've used Enhanced Carpets and Flooring numerous times and have always been super pleased with their communication, service and results. Brad responded to our email quickly and a date was set for bathroom to be damp-proofed and LVT tiles laid. On the day, they worked tidily and in a way that caused us minimal disruption. As ever we were very pleased with the flooring and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We'll certainly be contacting them again next time around.
