Amazing from my consultation up to the day of procedure any concerns about anything were quickly resolved leaving me reassured ,day of op I was straight in had my op and off home within a couple of hours lovely friendly caring staff couldn’t of asked for better ,after care is second to none they’ve been amazing defo recommend enhance I had dr khoda and he was amazing looking forward to seeing my results

From the moment I booked a consultation with Enhance they made me feel so comfortable an everything was explained in detail my care co ordinator was amazing through the whole process,
Even on surgery day I was cared for from the moment I arrived to after the surgery my surgeon was amazing as I have a fear of needles the antithetis made me feel at ease an got the smallest needle he could find for me absolutely amazing company an would highly recommend them to any one

Amazing experince, felt supported and comforted throughout surgery day, every team member was so comforting and made me feel at ease. The whole team was fantastic in Joseph House and Lubna who did my pre op was very helpful as well. Dr Colavitti is a truly amazing surgeon, her kindness, confidence, and attention to detail gave me a lot of trust throughout the process.

When attending before the surgery it felt a little cold as I was just waiting in a consultation room and not in a little room with your own bed to put personal belongings.
After the surgery the aftercare was amazing. I was looked after very well indeed.

I honestly cannot thank the entire team at Joseph House enough for the outstanding care I received throughout my breast reduction and uplift journey.

Whilst the surgical outcome has been incredible, what has stayed with me most is not just the skill and professionalism of the team, but who they are as people. Every single person I encountered treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect. At a time when I was feeling extremely nervous and vulnerable, they made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Maklad, whose expertise, reassurance, and professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout the process. His surgical skill is exceptional, but what stood out most was the dignity and respect with which he treated me throughout my journey. From my initial consultation through to surgery, I felt heard, valued, and reassured that I was in the very best hands.

I would like to make a special mention to Post-Op team; Lydia, Gurjit, Amal, and Dr David, whose care and compassion had such a profound impact on my experience. From the moment I met them, they made me feel genuinely cared for. They have a remarkable ability to put people at ease, and their warmth, kindness, and reassuring nature made me feel comfortable asking for anything without any judgement. They never made me feel rushed and always took the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure I felt comfortable and informed.

What stood out most was the genuine empathy they showed. It wasn’t just the excellent care they both provided, but the way they connected with me as a person. They treated me with such dignity, respect, and compassion that I felt completely safe in their hands post-operatively. During what was a very emotional and vulnerable experience for me, their support meant more than I can adequately put into words.

Thank you also to Anaesthetist Dr Praveer, ODP Tony, and the entire theatre team, whose professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from the moment I arrived. Going into surgery can be an incredibly daunting experience, but their calm, reassuring manner helped me feel safe and supported. Knowing I was in the hands of such a skilled and compassionate team brought me immense comfort and confidence.

Dr Praveer and Tony took the time to explain things clearly, answer any questions I had, and provide reassurance when my anxiety was at its highest. Their kindness and professionalism helped transform what could have been a frightening experience into one where I felt completely supported. The teamwork, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by everyone in theatre were outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for the important role they played in making my experience such a positive one. Healthcare professionals like these are truly special, and I will always be grateful for the care and reassurance they all provided throughout my journey.

A special mention must also go to Melanie, my Patient Care Coordinator, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her support, communication, kindness, and patience throughout the entire process were invaluable. She was always there to answer questions and provide reassurance, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable.

The care I received was exceptional, but more importantly, the people behind that care are exceptional too. I will never forget the kindness shown to me and will be forever grateful to each and every one of you.

Thank you for changing not only how I look, but how I feel about myself. You have given me a confidence I haven’t felt in years, and for that, I will always be thankful.

From start to finish the quality of care and communication was outstanding! Every detail covered and even though still very early days results are insane!

I had the best experience at enhance for my breast augmentation. The staff made me feel so at ease even when I was really nervous, everything was explained to me and I felt so looked after from start to finish. I was admitted at 11am and was leaving by 3pm. The whole experience was just amazing. I recommend enhance 100%!

Amazing experience yesterday when I had my breast surgery, all staff are lovely and friendly one particularly stood out she was an angel i think her name was Oxanna, she made me feel so comfortable and calm she's such a credit to your team 🥺 Very happy I went with Enhanced medical team🥰

All the staff are helpful, friendly, professional and when you are making such a huge decision this is important.

I had Mr Khoda for my second surgery and what a fantastic surgeon he is. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the initial contact of looking into the breast lift to booking and having the procedure, has been good. Staff at both the consultations in Bristol and hospital in London have been lovely.
The reason for only giving 4 stars and not 5, is because I felt there was a little lack in communication, initially I was taken to a ward just after 9am (my admission time, not operation time), where paperwork etc was done, a little after 10am I was told they were ready for me, I was then taken to a room, where I waited again, with a anaesthetic nurse and the nurse looking after me in theatre coming in to explain their roles. I was then told you'll be going down in around 10 mins or so, again I was left with no update as to why things were taking longer than I was told, I understand things can happen that moves waiting times, but I feel the patient should be kept informed to keep their anticipation/anxiety down. Again ALL staff were wonderful - thank you!
I then expected that after I had come around in recovery, I would be told told how my operation went..but nothing was said, this was something I thought about the next day (other surgery that I have had, the surgeon has always come to see me after to reassure all went well)
Just that little bit of extra reassurance, would make people feel more at ease, other than that, I really couldn't fault anything else.

If i could rate above 5 stars I would!! Fantastic team. I am now 20 days post op from uplift and implants with Mrs Mudera...What a woman! Knew from the second i met her that i trusted her and that I was in the safest of hands. The whole Enhance team have been incredible. My incisions are unreal, so neat and already barely visible!! Mrs M you are my hero!!! Shout out to all the staff who took care of me surgery day at Hammersmith. You were all wonderful. Big thanks to my PCC Gail. Gail responded so promptly with any questions I had and she actually felt like a friend. Needless to say i would HIGHLY recommend Enhance and since my surgery a couple of my friends have booked consultations. Thanks for everything xx

Staff was so lovely and everyone was reassuring.

Everyone was so professional. No such thing as a silly question. From initial appointment to operation was just over a month. Everyone along the way was so helpful and the staff on the day of my op were amazing.

Have a very good experience with enhance, everyone I spoke too or seen was very friendly and nothing I asked was too much! Thankyou for changing my life

The whole process has been smooth from start to finish. My PCC was Melanie, she responded quickly to any emails or concerns I had and it was always a pleasure talking to her during consultations.

I had my breast reduction surgery last week. My surgeon was Reza Arya. He really listened to what I wanted during consultations and made me feel completely at ease on the day, along with the other wonderful doctors and nurses at Enhance.

I arrived at 9am. The receptionist was lovely and really settled my nerves. The admission process was fairly quick and easy. I was then taken to my bed on the ward and waited for maybe an hour / hour and a half whilst having the necessary conversations before surgery.

Tony was fantastic, he made me feel comfortable. He talked to me and held my hand whilst I was put to sleep - I was really nervous about this so that helped a lot. Especially since it’s pretty quick once you’re told to go to theatre. I really needed that otherwise i would have freaked out.

I stayed overnight and had a lovely nurse and doctor stay with me. They really took care of me and made me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble!

I’m now one week post op, the recovery process has been smooth so far and I’ve just had my first wound care appointment at the Bristol Clinic. This was with Naomi and she was super helpful and made me feel great about my results!

Couldn’t recommend Enhance enough for a breast reduction and lift, the team are absolutely fantastic and the results so far are amazing! Thank you for changing my life ♥️

My surgeon Mohamed Shalabi was fantastic start to finish, really listened to what I wanted factored in with his expert experience the results are incredible!
Wendy my nurse was fantastic, so caring and helpful throughout my experience.
Tony the anaesthetist was brilliant! Put me at ease we had a few jokes! Couldn’t have wished for a smoother op day with outstanding staff. Highly recommend

From the initial xontact Enhance have listened and heard what i wanted to achieve. All staff are professial and welcoming and immwdiately made me feel relaxed. Admission and surgery is beyond 5*. It is the only time the anethistic didnt make me feel sick! My whole experience has been amazing so far. I had my follow up call today and check up next week. Highly recommended and i did shop around a bit first. Cant fault them😍
