Extremely rude counter

Here's the translation:
I have never seen such a rude and disrespectful team. The person at the counter was extremely verbally aggressive. I had not been to this pharmacy in a long time, I changed my nominated pharmacy a while ago, but today I still decided to drop off my hospital prescription there. The staff member, who was missing some teeth, clicked their tongue and then told me in a commanding tone to hand over the prescription. Even though I said hello, they did not greet me back. While I was waiting, they shouted at me to move somewhere else and wait on the other side. I asked how much longer it would take, and they said in an annoyed tone that it would still take some time because the pharmacist was busy with vaccinations. I said I did not have time for that and asked for my prescription back. They refused and said it was already done, just waiting for the pharmacist. After twenty minutes I asked again if it was ready, and they yelled at me that it was being prepared and I needed to wait. Then another person asked for my name and brought over the medicine, which had clearly been sitting there ready for a while, they had just been wasting my time on purpose. This situation was very humiliating and degrading,I don't think I'll go back there again.

Refused to accept unused medication

I visited the Enimed pharmacy in Goldsworth Park, Woking, this morning to purchase some over the counter medicine and to return some unused/out of date prescription medication. However, the pharmacist refused to accept the returned medication for some unknown reason and told me to take it to my GP surgery!
This is completely contrary to the NHS advice! I therefore refused to take back the bag of medications and walked out with the pharmacist shouting after me!
This pharmacy has an awful reputation locally and I would urge people to avoid using it wherever practical.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, met and discussed with manager of the branch, could only say "sorry". Only given half of my prescription, phoned when I got home, said come back and collect the rest, and could I describe the assistant! Travelled back the next day, then still items missing! blamed the surgery/ surgery blamed pharmacy. This organisation is lacking in communication between pharmacy and surgery, also staff seemed sad and unmotivated.

Absolute lack of customer service, empathy, common sense and speed.

Goldsworth Park Pharmacy - Woking

Absolute lack of customer service, empathy, common sense and speed. The one star is for the young trainee (Rokeeaah) who should actually run the place. There is no way she could be worse than the current management.

Friday 31st Oct 2025 - Overcharged on prescriptions. I asked for a refund at the time.
Told that the person who could do refunds was on lunch.
Told by a locum pharmacist to come back later.

Saturday 1st Nov 2025 - I came back (I have a life outside of waiting for someone to come back from lunch) to be told that the person who can do a refund on the payment machine is off.
Told by the pharmacist to come back on Monday or report it on their website.
I said, no. I want a refund today.
It took over an hour of backwards and forwards before they finally called the Area Manager to get an approval to refund £9.90.
What an absolute shower of incompetence!
Not one person in the pharmacy queue had a good word to say about this place. Everyone complaining that it was slow and shoddy.
One person said, "This place is the worst pharmacy in the world"
I said, "It's not that good."

My advice, don't get sick. If you have to, go somewhere else.

My refund still hasn't come through on my payment card......

Disgusting service at dedworth rd

Failed to deliver meds on time. Pharmacist rude, dismissive and mumbling under her breath

Currently addressing with head office to pursue my complaint as the Pharmacist refused to provide me with her name

No empathy or understanding when folk are poorly and reliant on medication

A serious breach of patient confidentiality

Unprofessional Pharmacist

I went to collect my father’s prescription at the Caversham pharmacy and was disgusted at the way in which the pharmacist spoke to me when I asked for some advice with his medication. She was sullen, dismissive and rude. She looked a mess as well in tracksuit trousers and a children’s sticker on her face. She lets the branch down. The others were very polite and professional.

If I could give 0 stars for Enimed…

If I could give 0 stars for Enimed Pharmacy on Goldsworth Park I would. Since they have taken over from Boots they have continuously not provided me with the correct medication, requiring numerous repeat trips whilst they re-order. The latest incident was totally unacceptable when they provided me with out of date medication. After 5 return trips they then told me their Head Office would not supply me with the brand of medication I have to use as it costs more than other brands! Disgraceful. Beware and check all medication that is dispensed to you.

I was given the incorrect medication…

I was given the incorrect medication from WhitleyWood Reading pharmacy .
2 people had signed to confirmed it had been checked.
They had labelled the incorrect medication boxes.
I was very unwell and ended up in hospital due to the serious errors made.
My GP and the hospital said how lucky i was as it was a seriously overdose.
In which I could have died .
When I reported it to the pharmacy head office I was told by the manager she would look into it and call me back by the end of the week .
I never received a call back after calling back again I was told again I would get a call back and again this did not happen.
I asked for a email address.and told I couldn’t have it.
It’s disgusting how the pharmacy are not take this matter seriously.

Generally Happy…

Have been a regular customer for a decade or more at Horsell Pharmacy The overall performance can and has depended on the lead pharmacist, the oustanding one retiring just prior to Covid. The team of assistants , for this customer, are generally very helpful and tactfull. The occasions where service is less than very good are rare. They deserve a good rating.

Shabby ,dirty and disorganised

I went to an appointment for a covid and flu vaccination at the Consultation room in Horsell, Woking pharmacy. The room is very shabby, dirty and disorganised. And it is so small that two people waiting in a que could hardly get their walking aids in. It is in effect just a little space added to the main pharmacy.
The pharmacist giving the vaccination looked as if she doesn't wash her clothes and gave an amateur vaccination.
My friend who went to the Woking Boots pharmacy and my husband who went to his GP practice in Knaphill had a completely different and satisfactory experience. They were also given an explanatory leaflet about the Covid vaccination. I wasn't even told the name of the vaccine or the batch number
I had made an appointment for 10.50 but didn't get the vaccination until about 45 minutes later. When checking my NHS app it did give the vaccine and batch number. But in another area of the app there is a record of Covid 19 vaccination given at both 11.03 and 12.00 on the same day. I only had one.
I will certainly never go there again for any sort of consultation.
