Annoying waste of time

Asked for a new contract for both electricity and gas compiling the forms on their website.
After few days without any feedback I contacted their support service (waiting more than 30 minutes to have an operator available) just to discover that there was no request in their system with my data (even worse, as the operator said, they have no idea if a request is submitted/received/in working state until is approved)

Scammers

I report a scam from this company that prides itself on sustainability and attention to people and instead perpetrates scams like pickpockets who rob old ladies. I simply requested the transfer of an energy contract (simply the change of contract header) following the purchase of a property. Incredibly, at the first bill (increased by about 60 euros of transfer costs) I realized that these legalized thieves FORCEDLY changed the contract from FIXA LUCE CASA (fixed price) to TREND CASA LUCE (Variable price) with obvious rate and conditions advantage on their side. This in a sneaky and hidden way. It is as if you were to transfer the property of a car thgrough the central register (for example a VW Golf) and following payments and the paperwork you would find yourself a different car with a lower value (for example a fiat punto). Obviously I reported this practice to the ARERA (the italian authority fuor utilities) and proceeded to change the operator. I invite you to carefully check your contracts and bills with ENI PLENITUDE because these are worse than pickpockets and you must treat them like them

I tried to open up a new contract for a garage in Sanremo. Uncountable problems emerged that forced me to get in touch with the customer service a hundred times, since most of the people I got on the phone didn't have an answer, they always had to report to someone else. I happened to bump into a couple of people who actually knew what they were doing, only to realise that most of them didn't. The best part: a woman of the customer service ended up opening a new contract at the wrong address, no need to say it was her initiative, I just asked my request of the 14th april to be processed, or why it hadn't been processed yet (on May 8th). So it's difficult for me to say how this company could improve, since I have no idea how they could get this far in total uselessness.
