When I first found Enlifted, I asked myself, "Do I really need another certificate?" The answer quickly became YES, and I realized this key and missing answer I was looking for.

While methods are many, principles are few. And Enlifted's principles apply to any type of Coaching service, Business or Team development, or mentorship program. WHY? Because at the core, or the deepest root, of any type of teaching, the same thing remains true. Mindset is the story you tell yourself.

All the best coaching or intentions, positive thoughts, training, programming, or plans will always ride on top of the story underneath. To SEE the story, you must see the words. YOUR words. Once you see your words, you can choose to change them. And once you start to change your words (your mindset) everything else will fall into place.

Working with Mark England and going through Enlifted has had a profound impact on me... both personally and professionally.

I’ve spent decades helping people understand themselves, recognize patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change. So I didn’t come into Enlifted as someone who was brand new to personal growth or coaching.

Enlifted gave me something I didn’t realize I was missing. It helped me see, with much greater clarity, just how powerfully language shapes the way we experience ourselves, our circumstances, and what we believe is possible.

Personally, the work challenged me to become much more aware of the stories I was telling, the meaning I was assigning to experiences, and the subtle ways my own language could either reinforce limitation or create room for choice, movement, and possibility.

What I love most is that Enlifted doesn’t feel like positive thinking, forced reframing, or trying to talk yourself out of what you genuinely feel…rather, a way to work with the story honestly.

Integrating Enlifted principles and tools into my work with clients has had a tremendous impact. I continue to be amazed by how quickly the right question, a shift in language, or a different way of looking at the story can help someone recognize what they weren’t able to see before.

I’ve watched clients uncover beliefs and patterns that had been operating quietly for years. I’ve seen people move from feeling trapped inside a story to realizing they have more choice than they thought. And I’ve watched moments that could easily have become long, intellectual conversations turn into meaningful breakthroughs because we were able to get underneath the surface language and work with what was actually there.

I am a much better coach because of my training with Enlifted. I ask better questions, listen more carefully, stay curious longer, and resist the temptation to hand someone an answer they need to discover for themselves.

That is one of the greatest gifts Mark and Enlifted have given me.

I love how the work is practical enough to use in everyday conversation, deep enough to create significant personal insight, and flexible enough that I’ve been able to integrate it naturally into the work I was already doing rather than feeling like I had to throw everything else away and start over.

I've completed the Enlifted Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Verified certifications, and I cannot say enough how amazing it has been.
