The customer rep was curt and rude. I went specifically to buy an item in a hurry but the sales member was completely dismissive, curt and downright rude. I'll wait until Wednesday and have Prime deliver it to my door at €30 cheaper. Support your local business indeed. Will not be back.
Zero customer service experience. Arrogant attitude from one of the female staff. I felt uncomfortable going to the store. I will never recommend to nobody . They deserve zero star.

Very Poor Service – Would Not Recommend
I ordered and paid for a fridge online from Ennis Electrical and received an order confirmation. However, after that, I received no further correspondence. I emailed twice for an update but got no response. Then, 11 days after my order, I was finally told that the fridge was not available.
The lack of communication and the long wait for this basic information was very disappointing. While I did receive a full refund, the overall experience was extremely poor. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
