I liked the reception we both got when we arrived at the Showroom/factory

My introduction to Enoksen Watches.

Having seen a beautiful GMT on a friends wrist, I asked for the details. It was the Enoksen GMT on a rubber strap. Later I checked out the website and sent an email, and received a response within 30mins from Hans Enoksen the owner. Can't get much better than that.
I was invited to meet with them to view and try out their range and later that week I met with Oliver their watchmaker. At this meeting I purchased my own GMT.
In short, my experience with Enoksen was flawless. Superb service from start to finish.
As for the watch itself, it's beautiful and does everything I need from a GMT. Plus the fact that its 200m water resistant with screw-down crown is a real bonus. The lines are crisp and clean and a 24 click bezel is exactly what you want.
Both the bracelet and the rubber strap are extremely comfortable and I added one of their nato's to my selection so I have 3 options to choose from.
I have a very selective small watch collection and had been looking for the right GMT for some time, and the Enoksen is a perfect fit.

I bought a Krono E08 in December 2023. I had a problem with the stop watch function. When I pressed the bottom pusher it did not snap back to 12 but to a second before. I contacted Enoksen by email. I had a same day response. I dropped the watch off at the showroom and met Oliver Brady, Head Watchmaker. He explained the issue was with a batch of hands from a supplier that weren't strong enough and deformed slightly due to the strength of the ''snap back''. He replaced the watch with one that had the correct hand. It is always a pleasure to deal with a company that provides great products and also backs them up with great customer service.

I have been searching for a highly capable (over 500M) Dive Watch for quite some time as I specifically wanted a Quartz movement for precise accuracy.

I found Enoksen.

I have today taken delivery of my Deep Dive Swiss Quartz.
What an absolutely superb time piece.
The build quality is excellent and it looks fantastic. The slightly domed crystal gives a beautiful throw of light, luminescence is excellent as are the two supplied straps.

I could not fault this Watch if it sat in any price bracket to be honest, it is utterly Fantastic and exactly what I had been trying to find.

I have enjoyed liaising with Hans and Oliver directly, customer service has been incredible.

On top of all this I was seeking a touch of individuality and was offered a choice of hands for the Watch. I veered away from standard which means my watch has effectively been built for me, from the bottom up, to my bespoke choice.

I can not fault Enoksen, Hans, Oliver or the Team in any way. This has been an immensely enjoyable and rewarding buying experience and I shall return.

Why can’t all companies provide this level of quality and service.

Wonderful, personal service! The day after I placed my order, I received an email from the owner. In my reply, I mentioned that I might be visiting Ireland next year. He invited me to stop in and that he'd give me a tour of their facility in Belfast.

The watch - a bronze Type B pilot watch - is gorgeous. Runs flawlessly.
