Unfortunately, our experience with Enreach/Enconvo over the past couple of years has been consistently poor.
We are a relatively small healthcare business with what should be a straightforward setup in the grand scheme of business telecoms, yet we have experienced recurring issues, instability and ongoing support problems throughout our time with the company.
The latest incident has been the worst by far, involving around 9–10 days of major telephone disruption where patients calling our main number were met with a “service is unavailable” message, with no voicemail or way to contact us. For a healthcare practice, this is completely unacceptable. We are aware of missed emergency calls, lost new patient bookings and significant loss in revenue as a direct result.
However, this review is not based on a single isolated incident. The wider issue has been the repeated pattern over time:
• Tickets being marked as resolved when they were not
• Recurring faults returning again and again
• Inconsistent communication between teams
• Long delays in achieving meaningful resolutions
• Temporary fixes rather than long-term solutions
To be fair, individual staff members have often been polite, professional and genuinely tried to help. The issue appears to be with the wider systems, escalation processes and overall reliability of both the service and support structure.
Our phones are a core part of our business. They are not optional. They are essential for patient care, emergency communication, bookings and day-to-day operation. The disruption caused has resulted in operational stress, damage to patient confidence and significant financial impact to the business.
After repeated issues over an extended period, we are now reviewing alternative providers.
Absolutely amazing service from Abbey Howlett, shes always very chirpy and such a breath of fresh air to talk to.

We initially approached Enconvo when we were looking to set up a business mobile account, we were already customers of theirs and were impressed with the level of service.
Noah Fay was my main point of contact throughout the process, handling everything from the mobile installation to porting over our existing number. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process feel straightforward and stress free. Noah’s communication was great, his follow up calls and emails made the whole experience feel personal.
Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. I’d highly recommend both Noah and the team at Enconvo.
The technical support and engineer completed the fault find, repaired and fixed it within a brilliant timescale on the same day!
Our last contract with a previous provider had expired and after a quick meeting with Rob and Dan we now have peace of mind knowing our new system will work exactly to our requirements with a smooth transition. I would recommend Enconvo to any business who wants peace of mind with the full package.
After struggling with the older system for what seemed far too long I really appreciated the effort and commitment from the two representatives to get us sorted out. Its early days but I am very happy with the situation.
From our first visit from Joe to our support from in particular Gurjit and Rich the transition from our old system to this one has been seamless, a special and appreciative thank you to Gurjit he has been brilliant, helpful, informative and efficient, both Gurjit and Rich have been a breath of fresh air, i wish other service providers were as good as these guys.

Great service from account manager, Dan and Abbey in installs, to help arrange the phone upgrade and installation. Gary and Richard attended sites to set the phones up and all went well. Very happy with the service and equipment.
From start to finish the whole team at Enconvo were excellent! Gurjit was amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way, not once making me feel like I was wasting his time with any questions I had, and on the day of our equipment switch over, Martin, our Engineer, was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They lock you into 5-7 year contracts, high lease fees, increase their rates and don't offer any support when you need it, even if you pay a small fortune for their top support service. Their system are outdated and their customer service is shocking. You raise support tickets and they ignore you even if you say they are urgent. I have emailed a complaint and a request to terminate our account early, their response was to offer a £2000+ fee to exit, even though they know the system doesn’t work and they can’t get it to work. We have tried to resolve the matter with them but I suspect the only answer will be going to the Ombudsmen.

Gurjit was super helpful and responded to my queries and requests very promptly and efficiently - as always. Nice to deal with, polite and courteous. Very professional support.

We are a care home with 38 residents and have had no end of problems with the WiFi system/network. Jack come down to the home and walked around the home telling me exactly what the problems were and how his Company could solve them. I then spoke to Abbie who went through the whole process with me. Have to say she was amazing! calling me every day to let me know what was going on, if there were slight issues she was available immediately to solve and move on with the stage of the process. The whole team have been great each time I called, there was always someone in the office who took on the task of speaking to me. Their engineers came down fixed all the cabling, removed all the old cabling and just got on with the job! In my opinion all the team at Enconvo were highly professional from the start. Couldn't be happier. Even the Director stated it was the first time since she had the home that she could get service on her phone all around the building. So a great big thanks to the team!
