  1. Career Coach

Written by the company

I'm a career coach based in Amsterdam, working with international professionals who have built a successful career and started to wonder whether they built the right one. Most of my clients are eight to fifteen years into a career in tech, consulting, finance or strategy, and living somewhere far from where they grew up. They are doing well on paper. The question they bring is harder to say out loud, and it usually involves everything sitting underneath it as well: a partner who moved for your job, family in another country, and whether you stay in the Netherlands at all. Ordinary career advice tends to skip that part. Before I started coaching I spent close to two decades inside large international organisations, including consulting at PwC and business development at Marktplaats and Adevinta, part of the eBay group, across Spain, Switzerland, the UK and the Netherlands. I hold an MBA from the Manchester Business School. I moved here from Sevilla myself, so the expat side of this is familiar ground rather than theory. The work starts with direction, then gets practical: positioning, the conversations that actually move things, networking that does not feel like a performance, and small brave steps that do not put your life at risk. I also coach founders and small business owners. Sessions run in English, in person in central Amsterdam or online.

Enrique is an excellent career coach…

Enrique is an excellent career coach who helped me develop as independent consultant. Some of the work we did relates to how to land my assignments successfully and define my expert role within a company. Highly recommended!
