I have been searching for jewelry that I can wear daily without it changing color and then a friend of mine recommended en route after I complimented her on het jewelry. I got home and immediately ordered the cruz flower necklace and i have worn it everyday since without taking it of and it still looks brandnew. I also get a lot of compliments on it so thats nice (my crush is one of them 😝)

Asked her to be my girlfriend with the necklace 🥰 It’s pretty and sturdy. Materials are also great.

The delivery only took three weeks even if I live far from the United-States. The jewels are amazing and I love them! And love the packaging!

One earring was faulty, but the refund was processed promptly and customer service was fantastic. It is unfortunate that one has to pay yourself for returns from the UK. The gold of the necklace I purchased looked cheap so had to return as well - feels like drop shipping. I kept one pair of earrings, but won’t purchase again from En Route. I gave an average rating because the quality of jewellery is not great but customer service and refunds process was good.

I recently bought from them and when my earrings arrived one of the clasps was faulty. Contacted the cs team and immediately they enquired asked for photos and sent out a replacement. It was efficient empathic service and honestly they were very helpful! Would definitely buy from them again.

I give this website a 5 star because first of all the sparkle chain was very beautiful - however it did get tugged on by my little brother so it did break. I spoke to customer support and Jackie was very helpful to work with and she was able to get me a replacement! Anyways 5 stars again

I bought a few pieced for my daughter for Christmas. A jewel fell out of the bracelet shortly after she received it and En Route replaced it right away. She loves both pieces.

Shipping was fast! The platform was super easy to use and order from. The layout is super clean, minimal, and easy to understand.
