Best Rental Office in the Land
Again, I went to the Cambridge Enterprise Van Rental for a vehicle to move a family member from one side of the country to another. And again, the Swann's Road office came up with a beautiful van - all clean and fueled. Also they had it parked conveniently for me to pick up. All smooth in the office both on the pickup and return (and I was 10mins late!). This is one of the best rental offices I have ever used for customer service and quality of the whole rental experience!!!!

I had reservation on the 02/12/2026 @8:15 AM when i arrived the person by the name Dominic was at the kiosk give him my driver license and my credit card all was ok; he went got the car he came back inside and said to me the car looks good any question let us know, i said thank you but I'm going out to check the car and take a video that what i did and when checked for the spear tire I couldn't find it, i go back inside and said there no spear tire and he replied did you check the trunk i said yes then he replied the car come with no spear tire i can add for you the road assistant then i said my coverage cover that and possible give me another vehicle with spear tire he got so made and come to my face and said give me my key i replied i have no key you never give me the key then he said i will call the cops on you i told him be my guest he did i called customer service they take my statement and cups as well. i give this 1-star review not just because the manager was bad, but the field manager as well because he never car to contact the customer and fix what his employee caused the customer. at least check the camera and don't just listen to one side story. shame on you all.
No car available after making reservation
After checking in, I went to Enterprise in Solana Beach and they didn't have the car I had reserved a month ago. In fact, they had practically no cars and nothing large enough for the family.
Great Experience!
I needed a rental rightaway but was unsure of the exact return date. The entire staff at your location on Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville Ga. was very flexable and easy to work with. Fontaine really stood out, but everyone was great!
Dont give them your debit card number, will take money without permission
These people will go into your bank account and take money out without your permission over a matter that should be resolved through your car insurance. They are thieves. Had to file a dispute at my bank. There billing department is ran by scoundrels. Avoid this company if you can.
Unethical business practices
Dropped off vehicle at 8:30pm and returned the keys to the desk. Employee accepted receipt, printed my receipt of return and took the keys. I was contacted over 16 hours later after they took possession of the vehicle to say there was a crack now in the windshield and since I did not force the employee to complete their required inspection, I am now liable for the damage.
I am not sure disingenuous is the correct term to use here but I will never rent or recommend this company.
I have been trying to get a rental…
I have been trying to get a rental vehicle for 7 days now. All that I called in my area no cars available. I called the head office twice, both times they said they have expedited it to the area manager. No call. I live in an area where we do not have public transportation. And to call a cab they may or may not come. If they do it is 150.00 there and back. There is 45 min away.
CAR DANGEROUS
We collected a car for a 4 day rental and it was filthy. We could not see out of the windows and the washers were empty. When my wife drove off the sun came thruogh the winscreen and she could not see a thing. She tried the washers and they had no water making the vision much worse. This was really dangerous
The car was not checked before it was released.
On return after just 40 miles they said there was a screw in the tyre. The screw head had nearly disintegrated and the rubber around it was completely perished. It was obvious it had been there for many months. They said we would only be charged for a puncture repair but treated themselves to a new tyre

Its actually an offense to rent out a car with dirty windows and an inoperative washer system but they didn't mind doing that! It seems saftey is only a priority when they can get new tyres instead of a simple puncture repair which is leagal and will pass an MOT
Under the Road Traffic Act 1988 and the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, a vehicle must be supplied in a roadworthy condition. This includes ensuring that:
The driver has an adequate and unobstructed view of the road; and
The windscreen washer system is operational so that visibility can be maintained at all times.
They obviously like to pick and choose which safety elements they want to abide by and are still insisting that the car was checked before it left.
I have my Ring doorbell showing that half hour after we picked the car up I am cleaning the windows and filling the washer fluid.
We were charged £680 for the 4 days and a brand new tyre BARGAIN!
If you value your safety do not rent a car from Enterprise
Harmful collaboration with ICE
I'm very disappointed that Enterprise is collaborating with the ICE deadly terrorist activity against our neighbors. Other than this horrendous exception, they provide good service -- I hope that this voluntary and harmful aiding of ICE will end.

Enterprise van rental is it cheap for a reason?
Hi all, quick 200 mile round trip to Devon, rented a van from the central Bristol branch. After a walk around the van looking at damage it was all good signed for as good to go, we took the extra insurance out just in case of damage as was being parked up overnight. On returning the van to Bristol once again walk around with their employee and signed back in as good on return. We congratulated ourselves on a good all round experience.
Two days later 250 pounds was taken from are account.
Then 50 pounds returned?, with an email to say that damage was found on the van and basically we were responsible. Photos were provided five days after rental which were of such poor quality we couldn't see anything. The damage not visible to myself and two of your employees seems very unlikely, when dropped off.
1 The van was signed in and out with no damage ,signed for.
2 Your terms and conditions clearly state that money would only be taken after a 14 day consultation?
3There was no consultation?
4 What is the point of the walk around if you completely ignore it from your own staff?
5 Are we ever going to know if damage was sustained after or before rental?
Please return our money ,with quality before and after photos, until consultation has ended

I have phoned to make a booking and to confirm they have a car available to pick up in 15 minutes as I was in a hurry. When I arrived at the branch they said they did not have my car, and no other cars either, and said I have made a booking for another time which was a lie.
I will never attempt to rent a car with this company again.

Reserved a car at Jackson Ohio Enterprise a week in advance for pickup at 10:00 the following Tuesday. I showed up 45 minutes early. The "manager" Ethan said my reservation was for 10:00 and my rental was not ready. No apology and very arrogant. I cam back a little after 10:00, Ethan, again stated no cars were available, again with no apology. My wife who was dropping me off to pick up the rental went in and asked Ethan why they did not call customers who had reservations to notify them not to waste a trip and time he stated that he did call me. She came out and got my phone and showed him all my calls for that morning. No calls from Enterprise. Ethan lied. When called out he said he "mis-spoke" Again, incompetent management that does not have professional courtesy to own up nor apologize and LIE. Enterprise says they care about customers and are a family business, another false statement. I called customer service IN INDIA or other country where you can barely understand them. She tried to take care of the issue by saying she could find another location. I know all the locations near me and the closest one is 40 minutes one way. She filled out a"ticket confirmation number and said someone from Enterprise customer service would call me. four days later and no call. Einterprise is a typical all about the money company with no ethics that does NOT care about their customers. I will be switching to another rental company.

Western super mere enterprise renting from them was cozy and very friendly got picked up from my house bridgwater and they drive me safe to get my car i forgot there names but good genltemen and nathaniel made all this happen thanks mate i was delt by molly who was happy to show me round the car in the rain molly was nice and helpful some things i didnt under stand she spent time and effort eplaining to me 100 stars all the staff semed good once the main things were done i was giving my car keys no fuss exellent service you all deserve a reward from ur boss pls boss reward them m.a.a x
Frauds and Thieves
1) Pickup of car was 2 hours late as they had run out of cars and had given away our reserved car
2) Upon return while in the return queue, their customer ahead of us reversed into our car in view of their staff. They refused to return our bond for the incident and claimed it was our fault.

Avoid! The agents are arrogant, provide false information in order to extract money from you. Stating your car is not big enough, or that the are you are visiting is dangerous and a damage to a car or it being stolen is a high chance. Causing huge stress for a family, ruining what otherwise would have been the calmest, most peaceful holidays in some time. At return the agent does not communicate, even though we speak both Spanish and English, and turn their head away from you when you ask a question. Worst experience ever

Had a emergency needed a rental wish cost was cheaper but they were the cheapest in jackson but customer service was absolutely best ever had. I will definitely do future business with them if I need another rental.if you need a rental go to enterprise best deal around here
Ricardo is a saint!
We arrived at the Ft. Lauderdale location (1880 State Rd) after closing on New Years Eve. We had 2 cars reserved and our confirmation phone call did not mention an early closing time. We were warmly greeted by Ricardo who informed us that all the computers were down and we couldn’t get our cars. After sharing our plight - 6 people, an infant and a 2 year old, and all our luggage, Ricardo said he would see what he could do to help us. And that’s what he did. Even though we got different cars, he was able to help. We are sooooo grateful. He saved us at 4:45 on New Year’s Eve. Thank you Ricardo.

Appalling service! Manager at Weston Super Mare
Had a car hire booked through an Insurance company. Email stated pick up 12-1pm, telephone call at 12.30pm stating it would be 1.30pm. 2.10pm I called to enquire where the pick up was? The Company stated they were at traffic lights and would be with me asap! 2.30pm I called again and they’ve insisted I had cancelled and re scheduled for the Monday. I was understandably angry, but did not raise my voice or use any form of bad language, then the Manager insisted I treat her like a human a being? Which was a cope out as she knew she was in the wrong and tried to turn it around on me. I have put in a formal complaint and requested an email stating the revised date and time for the pick up, but not received anythIng so do not know if they are going to honour there side of the contract?
