A bit overpriced for such apartments, but overall everything was good. Friendly staff, especially the cleaner Rafael, who always did an excellent job cleaning!

My experience with Enter Coliving in Barcelona is the textbook example of how a rental company can fail at every level and repeatedly leave its tenants stranded. What started as a temporary housing solution quickly turned into a nightmare filled with poor communication, legally questionable practices, and disregard for tenants' rights.
The Two-Month Electricity Crisis: Total Chaos
From the first month, the problems began: severe power outages that lasted nearly two months. The power would cut out several times an hour without warning—even during simple tasks like cooking or doing laundry.
This meant:
Showering while the power goes out and suddenly being left without light in the bathroom.
The router needing five minutes to reconnect after each outage, making working from home impossible.
Cooking became a challenge because using multiple appliances at once caused immediate outages.
We repeatedly asked Enter Coliving for updates, but after a week of silence, they told us to "stop complaining" because they were "working on it." Three weeks later, there was still no solution. Only after we resumed pressing them and emphasizing our legal rights did they finally act. In the end, it took nearly two months before the issue was resolved.
Their compensation? A tiny rent reduction for one month. This was presented as a "favor," though Spanish tenancy laws obligated them to provide more substantial compensation. They violated four rental laws and still acted as if they were doing us a favor.
Contract Extension: An Attempted Eviction
As if the electricity crisis wasn’t enough, another disaster followed. A month before my contract ended, I requested a one-month extension and sent all the necessary details. Enter Coliving sent me a contract—but without the dates filled in.
I followed up four times by email and twice by phone, but received no response. To secure my extension, I signed the contract.
Ten days before my contract ended, I received this message:
"Sorry, we double-booked your room. You need to move out."
This happened two days before Christmas. I explained that I had signed a legally binding contract. Their response?
"There’s no date, so it’s invalid."
They tried to persuade me to leave without legal action. I hired a lawyer, who confirmed that the contract was valid. After we sent a legal letter, Enter Coliving admitted I had the right to stay.
A Pattern of Unprofessionalism
The problem with Enter Coliving isn’t an isolated mistake—it’s a pattern of mismanagement and tenant neglect:
No communication: We had to chase them constantly during both crises. Instead of taking responsibility, they told us to "stop complaining."
Lack of transparency: They sent incomplete contracts and tried to use their mistakes to disadvantage tenants.
No respect for legal rights: They only agreed to the contract extension after receiving a legal letter—something that shouldn’t have been necessary.
Previous Experience: A Repeat of Mistakes
This wasn’t my first issue with Enter Coliving. Last year, I signed my contract and paid in full. But four days before moving in, they informed me my room had been double-booked. They offered me an alternative for a month and promised I could move into my booked apartment afterward.
After a month, I moved in—but to a different room. I accepted to avoid hassle.
They also delayed my security deposit for weeks. After five weeks, I was told:
"We don’t have the money ready. It’ll be sent next week."
They didn’t keep that promise. I had to call multiple times before the refund arrived. And to top it all off, my brand-new €300 Samsonite suitcase was stolen from the shared hallway closet, which is suspicious considering I lived with housemates I trusted.
Conclusion: DO NOT RENT HERE
Enter Coliving sells luxury and comfort but delivers stress, uncertainty, and chaos. The pretty pictures on their website and their promises of a seamless coliving experience are nothing more than marketing hype. In reality, they treat tenants like numbers and avoid fulfilling legal obligations.
Avoid Enter Coliving if you want certainty and respect. There are far better coliving options in Barcelona where you won’t have to worry about being kicked out or living in constant frustration.

The contact and booking process was incredibly quick and easy. Alex was amazing – he gave me a detailed tour of the available apartments via video chat, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions.
Additionally, he was always available on WhatsApp and assisted me step by step with the booking process. Fantastic service and highly recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: UNSAFE FOR WOMEN, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NEGLIGENT
Enter Coliving is a disaster. They overcharge for poorly managed flats and fail to provide even basic safety or accountability.
Unsafe Living Conditions: My flatmate brought 2–3 men to live in his room, adding a second mattress to the floor. What was meant to be a flat for three people suddenly housed six, most of whom were complete strangers. These unverified tenants monopolized the bathroom (which had no locks), used the washing machine daily, and created an environment where I felt like a prisoner in my own home. I raised these concerns repeatedly, providing photo evidence and citing the rental contract, but management did nothing.
Negligence and Disregard: Management dismissed my safety concerns, refused to enforce their own rules, and offered an insulting 10% discount as “compensation.” To add insult to injury, they still have not returned my €880 deposit after more than two months.
Exploitation of International Clients: Enter exploits international tenants by charging premium prices for unsafe, overcrowded flats and banking on tenants’ unfamiliarity with local laws.
If you value safety, professionalism, or your sanity, avoid Enter Coliving at all costs. There are far better options in Barcelona.
Enter Coliving likes to tell their tenants that they’re “trying their best” all the time without providing resolutions to their tenants’ issues. You will never receive exact timelines to your solutions with Enter Coliving. You will never be given management’s contact details, the sales team’s contact details, or the building owner’s contact details because these ARE the people who can solve your issues in a timely manner. Also, you will get sales people walking into your flat without notice, as well as your rooms to sell them after your contract ends. It’s time to ignore any positive reviews about this company.
I’ve been helped by a guy named Guillermo. Very professional and helpful
Lekker service from Alex! He had all the information and was well prepared to answer any questions I had. I appreciated his quick responses and willingness to get back to me with an alternative option also. Dankjewel bud!
Alex from EnterColiving was the one helping me. He was extremely helpful. He helped me find the best room that meet my expectations the most. Very flexible and understanding. I recommend!
I had contact with Alex. He did a great job and communication was really good. He always answered fast and sent me several offers to chose for visiting.
However, I think the prices are really high for that the rooms are really small and often have windows in the interior. They look way better on the pictures than in real life.
But therefore I was happy to have the possibility to visit the rooms, and that the communication was very good.

The cleaning lady in C/de Sant Pau named Yadira was a true gem. She always had such a positive energy and made sure we all feel well with her great work. I loved having her around two times a week and talking to her.

Once you’ve met with an actual person it makes it so much easier to view other apartments too. The listings online are not always available etc. so it’s better to be there physically. Would’ve liked more thorough descriptions and walkthroughs of the home and different areas but Kas was such a champ, showing me multiple flats and having pleasant conversation.
The room was dirty when I came but I sent an email and a cleaning lady came over the following day and followed the list I gave her, so there’s good and quick service.
Very good conversation with Analex, I recommend !

Scam. Well known for hiring third party customer service workers from some sweatshops who speak neither English nor Spanish. We called to ask for someone to fix the door key as we could not get it, and the guy responded his mother died recently. It took them more than a week to fix it. This is complete garbage, and they have been reported to local authorities, since it looks more like an illegal immigration service into EU rather than a real company.
Sam is one of best person from Enter Coliving. He helps a lot to rent my room and step by step he supported me. Sam is very friendly, knowledgably and on time to explain every thing about my room in detail. Thank you so much for choosing Sam as best person to help people for renting the room.
I had great help from Sam at Enter Coliving. There was immediate response to any doubts I had. He was patiently helping me all through the process. Thank you !
