I had an issue with my donation page

I had an issue with my donation page, a mistake I had made when setting it up but Danielle Taylor was great in helping me find a solution even when I kept changing my mind on how I wanted to resolve it, she was quick to respond and very helpful!

Required Refund

Excellent customer service

I needed to amend my bank details and reached out to Enthuse as I couldn’t work out how to do it. I got a very fast response from a lady called Danielle Taylor who walked me through the process. My query was resolved super quickly and it’s heartening to know that help is there when you need it. Happy to recommend Enthuse!

Danielle Taylor - Star support / personalised care

Danielle Taylor helped me to resolve a login issue with the new authentication approach due to start on Monday 17th November. She was very supportive, personable and although there were a few technical glitches along the way, Danielle gave me the confidence that she would ensure everything was resolved. Great service and much appreciated.

Rishika - Thank you!

Rishika, from Customer Support responded really quickly when we had an error with Stripe that caused donor payments to stop. This was important to us and another method was set up really efficiently. Plus, we've had advice and support setting up the new identities to log into the new system safely and efficiently. Thank you!

Exceptional Service from Enthuse

I had a fantastic experience with Enthuse. It's a new platform for us and the level of personal support has been amazing. A special mention to Rishika, who was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach was greatly appreciated.

Great communication and efficiency

Contacted Enthuse regarding a change of surname on my fundraising page and this was done immediately with the help of Danielle Taylor. Thanks Danielle for being so fast and efficient and for getting straight back to me to confirm my request had been actioned.

Payment dispute sorted quickly

I noticed that I had been charged twice for a charity donation I had made on the Enthuse website. I contacted the support team and Danielle Taylor was amazing! She tracked down my transaction and worked out that not only had I made a typo on my email but also I had set up a regular payment. Danielle sorted this all out and didn't make me feel like an idiot.
