5 star experience

We hired Entice Facility Management to clean our flat at the end if a tenancy.
From the beginning they were very professional and courteous. Great communication throughout.

They did a fantastic and very thorough job and we were very happy with the results.

Would highly recommend.

I used entice facility for a carpet…

I used entice facility for a carpet cleaning job for my apartment (whitely) The carpets are a light beige colour and had gotten quite dirty mainly from my little ones. Post cleaning I'm genuinely surprised at how bright the all over colour was restored. (I was just expecting the obvious marks to disappear) The team took their time to thoroughly clean first via pre hoovering dusting, then with the main machine cleaning.
They kept checking all the marks were gone and made sure I was happy with each room before moving on to the next.
Booking was hassle free, unlike other companies who wanted to visit beforehand to provide a quote. The price was very reasonable as compared to others in the area. Who were asking for double.
Will certainly book these folks again in future. Thanks again. Zara
