I love the idea
I love the idea, great initiative and all. But the product aftertaste is really hard to appreciate. And it seems like your tried to hide it with cinamon, but it just end up tasting way too much like cinamon and the after taste is still very present.

I will ONLY order crickets from ENTOMO FARMS!
I was introduced to the cricket powder via organixx.com, but they don't offer the whole crickets. At first, I had trouble ordering to the US, so I contacted the company via email and received a kind response very quickly. I followed the instructions of the email, ordered the regular roasted crickets as well as the samples of the flavored crickets. My family loves them! I have 4 small children. For my youngest, I include the cricket powder in his homemade baby food. For the older 3, they love to enjoy the crickets for snack. I feel great knowing they are receiving great nutrients, and they have fun as this is new to our culture. I appreciate that this company raises the crickets right and organic. I won't order these from anyone else.

Had been curious about crickets for a while...
---so ordered some crickets and worms. They were all quite edible, but part of the attraction of eating insects is that they are abundant and should be a very inexpensive source of nutrition. The prices entomo charges are clearly more in line with regarding them as a delicacy, which they really aren't. Hope to see prices reduced and a farm tour program in place.
