Having been part of Masterplan for a year, I can hand on heart say that Entrepreneurs Circle stands out from the crowd. I originally approached a company in America but so glad to have stumbled across EC who being based in Birmingham is a no brainer in terms of time zone and understanding of British culture and markets.

One of the best things about EC is being part of a network of like minded businesses and entrepreneurs, who support one another, learn and laugh along our journeys. As soon as I joined Masterplan, I knew I was in the right room.

I wanted to share a few thoughts following our Masterplan journey with Entrepreneurs Circle and what we have taken away from the programme so far.
Over the past few months, the structure of the 9-Step Masterplan has given us real clarity, not just about our business, but about how we want to live and lead it.
There is a lot to learn through out, however the key learnings for me are from:
Step 3-4 (Team and pathway): The focus on aligning roles to our mission, vision, and values has created more ownership and accountability within the team. This has allowed me to ‘know my team’ and start planning for not having a functional role within the company.
Step 5-6 (Customer and prospect Journey): Mapping our customer and prospect journey was an eye opener and is improving how we deliver consistent, high-quality wow customer experiences. Work is in progress within our strategy to optimise and identify leaks in our bucket, the levers to plug the leaks and prioritising those levers.

Thanks again, and massive shout out to our coach Samantha Wilson, for your guidance throughout the process. You are the best, if I could say so myself.

I've been an EC Member for just over 2 years and I love everything that EC has to offer me. I really needed that extra support and guidance so I made an enquiry about the Masterplan programme. I had a phone call with Neil to start with and found out a little but more to see if it was going to be suitable for me and immediately I knew this is what I was missing. I started on the Pre-Masterplan as I was in between two businesses and hadn't fully launched my main business. This gave me the perfect foundation and straight away, I started to get clarity over my goals, my numbers and also putting in place a solid plan for the months and years ahead. When I moved up to the Masterplan, this was a game changer for me. I quickly realised that, even though I had been running my other business for 5 years, I didn't know how to run it properly. The MP gave me the structure I needed, it gave me the guidance and support I needed because being a business owner can be a lonely place but what it also gave me was the drive to really launch and take my business forward to the heights I never thought was possible. Working alongside my amazing coach, Lynn Hampson, I get the 1:1 support and guidance but then the added benefit of working with my fellow MP peers on the group calls on Zoom and face-to-face step meetings. The 9 steps are brilliant and have been designed to build the foundation of a proper business. Taking the leap of faith towards the Masterplan was and still is one of the best investments I have made. I've been a member of EC for a couple of years now and my journey has been absolutely amazing - I love it. The support and help has been phenomenal - so much so that I signed up for Masterplan.

Masterplan is a 9 step process which takes your business from where it is to where you want it be. It's a really well thought through process - as long as you implement what they help you with, you can't fail in my opinion. You progress through the steps and have calls with your personal coach at fortnightly intervals (my coach is the lovely Carie Lyndene, you'll be extremely fortunate if you get her!). The training materials for each step are in all formats like print, video and transcripts which should help everyone's different learning styles. I tend to use all three!

You also get a weekly community call (for everyone in Masterplan) as well as a weekly step call which is focused on the step you are in. Within about 9 months we were flying. We knew where we were going and how to go about getting there.

What makes Masterplan really extra special for me is the fact that I have had one of 'those' years this year which meant I had to be away from the business for 7 months due to a lot of family issues and without Masterplan, I would no longer have a business!

Masterplan teaches your business and your team to thrive without you as long as you implement what the programme takes you through - I got the most success by really involving my team who bought into it. Previously nothing got done without me being involved - I was the bottleneck. I now have a great solid team including a staunch 'lynchpin' and the business really works without me, so I can concentrate on strategy and growth for the business and brand strategy for clients which is my favourite fee earning area of the business to work in.

I can only speak from my experience but Masterplan has been instrumental in my business growth - without it I feel I would be continuously repeating the same year, year after year, so I highly recommend the investment!
