I found Environet good to deal with although there was a wait of around one month for an initial report and another month before they could take the bamboo out. One has to be a bit patient (when wanting it to be taken out yesterday) but this is only because they have such a good reputation and are really busy. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

From start to finish the team at Environet have been a pleasure to deal with.. From the initial on site consultation with Emily through to the professionalism and hard work of Ceri and Vlad, the team on the day of removal, I have only praise for their work.. All the team were very knowledgable and did exactly what they said they would do in the plan.. Ceri even went off to find 25 kilos of stones so the site would look great after they had finished.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Environet. A job well done..

Everyone on the team at Environet was helpful, friendly, knowledge and professional. Customer service was excellent, with all email queries being answered fully and clearly within hours. Antony and Ethan arrived on time, cleared the bamboo efficiently and thoroughly and pointed out one small area heading under a path, which might need to be re-treated if I spotted any re-growth. The area was left clean and tidy with all the removed plants taken away in a skip. Follow-up visits will be organised to make sure that the bamboo has been completely removed. Very impressed with the company. It is not a cheap procedure, but worth paying the price for such excellent service. Thank you team.

Contacted Environet after concerns I may have Japanese Knotweed growing in my garden. They replied very quickly and after looking at photos were able to reassure me that they could see no visible evidence of Knotweed. Phew!! They were even kind enough to advise on what they thought the culprit is likely to be. Thank you so much Environet for putting my mind at rest! What a fantastic service you offer.

I had to have bamboo removed as it was invading next doors patio. Environet, sent an expert round and within a month they had completely removed the visible bamboo. They left the area with minimal damage and cleaned up really well. I have a guarantee, and now peace of mind thanks to their professional expertise.

Contacted them as we had a suspected case of Japanese Knotweed come up on the survey for a house we are buying. Sent them the photos and they came back very quickly to confirm that it was not Knotweed - big relief! Very fast and efficient service and was great to be able to confirm via email rather than arrange for someone to have to come out to the property.

We had a large stand of bamboo removed, thinned, contained and replaced. The customer service has been first class. Joe and Jason were fabulous and kept me well informed at all times.When some unforeseen issues became apparent, the surveyor and project managers called and came on site to find the way forward swiftly and fairly. The work itself was first class, neat and tidy and obviously expert. Very reassuring. Not much to improve on. I think the job was bigger than anticipated but that is my only even slight criticism. Not cheap by any means but great value for money.

Contacted Environet UK about a possible Japanese Knotweed sighting in my garden. Within the hour I'd received a reply about the photo I'd sent, explaining it wasn't knotweed and letting me know what it was. Big relief as currently selling house and I very much appreciated their speedy, helpful response.

You set my mind at rest because I am not experienced enough to be able to recognise plants that look similar to knotweed but aren’t knotweed, and it’s good to have a go to website that takes the strain out of getting it wrong.
