Needed help on fixing a fixture when delivered so telephoned and they were extremely helpful , made sure we were happy and everything worked including sending a new part , very good service would recommend

I have the envirorides F1 pro it kicks ass am not complaining at all built sweet can't wait too upgrade again with envirorides when they get faster n bigger battery ones , so far I have invested 5k with this company or more over the last 2 years

Excellent in every way. No pushing for sales, just great and useful advice to my husband who has mobility issues. We had an issue with the scooter that was rectified quickly. Would highly recommended.

Fast delivery. Came the next day so can’t complain about that.
Bought the city pro scooter and it’s all around good, easy to assemble and easy to get comfortable with it. Speed, acceleration and power are all good and it looks nice.
The provided phone holder is good and tool kit is handy

Brilliant built scooter and for the price you really can't go wrong!
My handlebars for the scooter werent aligned with the wheels but I'm handy with scooters so weren't nothing I couldnt sort myself.

The miles you get from a full charge on the highest speed settings are low (I get between 8-12 miles)
But I would recommend as quality of build and price is very good!

Purchased the F1 + pro and it was delivered very quicker in less than 48 hours uk, I have been in contact with customer services for advice and to resolve some issues and they have been helpful. The scooter feels very well built and safe to ride. The scooter feels very safe at 30 mph, however have asked for more advise on unlocking full speed, no complaints with Environment rides. Scooter was packaged very well. I look forward to enjoying the scooter in the nice weather.

Had to order a new rear mudguard for my scooter as original one had a crack through it .only noticed it on further inspection. So I order a new one and got it on the website it was quick and easy. Order 8423621525721

Efficient order process with fast delivery. Bike was delivered in good strong packaging and was on time. I emailed the company with a question about the lights abd I received a very prompt reply which resolved my issue. All in all a good experience.

These scooters are the best you can buy. Different speed modes, built to last, dual motors to give twice the speed, lights, toolkit, passcode and much more. When I received my performance scooter it was packaged well and easy to assemble. I contacted customer support about some queries and they gave me the solutions instantly. Very pleased.
