Thank you for the taking the time to write a review. We take all feedback seriously, and have reviewed your order details to understand if we were able to identify the communication issue. We see that from the time your order was paid to being shipped was 2.5 weeks which is within our current in-stock product lead time of 2-3 weeks. Our company's best practice is to communicate all expectations around an order in regards to lead times and order status. You order was paid on June 19th, and on June 21st our logistics manager confirmed the expected arrival of the material to our warehouse, along with the expected shipping date for the order. From our records we see that the order shipped on the exact date that our logistics manager had provided as the ETA. We welcome a discussion with you to understand what we could have done better. It was a pleasure to work with Eco Exteriors. Doug is an experienced, knowledgeable advisor. He patiently explained the project from start to finish and was always available to answer questions. The workers were very professional. They arrived on time, explained the plan for that day, were friendly, polite, respectful of our yard and neighbours. They were hard working and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very happy with the installation and appearance of our roof. This is a five star organization.

Almost 5 stars
I appreciated the information and time that Dawn and the rest of the Enviroshake team offered to me while I made my decision to use the product - 5 stars for them.
I have had many compliments from neighbours and friends regarding the finished product - 5 stars for my completed roof.
There are 2 reasons that prevented a 5 star rating. One, the quoting process was difficult because the number of 'certified' installers in my area were limited and the quotes were incredibly varied which was very confusing (I ended up using the installer Dawn recommended). Two, when we discovered more product was needed, there was a 2 week delay because policy stated not to begin the shipping process until a payment was made directly into their account. Surely a credit card number could have been taken as proof of intent but that was not an option. Irritating because what should have been a 4 - 5 week job (already a long job due to the size and angles of the roof) turned into almost 2 months.

Everything was good and the product is…
Everything was good and the product is a very good roofing product. The only issue is the shipping time frame and its a bit difficult to install due to the doubled pieces with fake keys are very difficult to not get a crack on crack, or to get a proper side laps. A lot of cutting to make pieces fit properly. But it should last a long time.

It looks like your order was placed in the fall of 2022, fall tends to be our busiest time of years and it looks like your order was shipped within the given lead time at that time. We do pride ourselves on meeting our given expectations to clients around lead times and if you wish you review this further please do not hesitate to contact us. Lead times do vary throughout the year and we do our best to communicate accurate lead times at time of order.
In regards to the keyway on keyway, all bundles shipped have various profiles (we have 6 in total) to emulate varying widths of cedar on the roof. During our FTC training webinar we do review techniques to install to ensure offset spacing between keyways. Our technical advisor is also always available for any questions before, during and even after installation. If you did not connect with him during your installation, but would like to discuss best practices for your next job please let us know and we will coordinate a phone call.

Personal attention on the telephone from our sales representative made using this new and different product a success. Careful review of the quantities is a must. The time spent on this was worth the effort as we had all we needed for our first project. Our general contractor and the homeowner are very pleased with the end product.

We are Professional Roofing Co. in Dover, NH who installed Enviroshake for the first time recently and the experience was wonderful. From working with
Loren Bosazzi at Enviroshake to the final product. It was a learning curve installing them but once you get going you really get going! Did not choose 5 stars because of delivery limitations. The truck can't deliver to every door step depending on the terrain and they don't utilize a fork truck. This aspect of the job can really make or break your ability to choose Enviroshake. We hope they can change this in the future so we can continue to work directly!

After extensive research with other eco roof brands, the only true composite, ie combination of different materials, plus 100% recycled. Attracted by 50 yr guarantee, ability to walk on for snow removal, and clean run off for water harvesting. Online simulator is a terrific tool. Samples arrived promptly and alternatives provided. Easy order, purchase, delivery. Endorsed local installer who was top notch. EnviroShake rep was responsive, knowledgeable, solutions oriented and took time to know my project. Result looks stellar.

My experience would have been a 10 if…
My experience would have been a 10 if Enviroshake would have accepted returns. Had a lot of materials left over, and we accepted the companies suggestions for what we needed. I guess we were more efficient in using scrap pieces first.
Update, Enviroshake fount a home for my leftover product.

I manage an estate on Tortola
I manage an estate on Tortola , British Virgin Islands, which comes with its challenges.
I have worked with many different local contractors, and I have to say, working with RFA Construction ( which Nic Diniz recommended ) has been by far one of my best experiences here on Tortola.
Nic Diniz has always made himself available to coordinate with me to ensure we have all required materials on time to complete our project ahead of schedule.
The client has now had the opportunity to see some the the properties with the finished product , and so far it has been glowing feedback.

My experience with Enviroshake
Kristina was extremely helpful in providing info about Enviroshake. That enabled me to make an informed decision to purchase. Then when it seemed everything might fall apart due to not finding a contractor, she came up with one who was certified, but was located some distance away. Kristina patiently walked me through everything related to Steve’s Improvement Services and really helped seal the deal. She was totally responsive to my many calls and emails. Top Product. Best install support I've seen.
The product warranty and performance ratings are top of class, and there is enough track record in the Caribbean to feel really comfortable that it will hold up in severe conditions. The thing that impressed me the most is the training and constant communication with Enviroshake, the buyer's agent, and construction team to ensure everything is done 100% correctly the first time. We have had zero backtracking, and the install has been quick and seamless. It's exactly as advertised. Can't wait to not think about roofing again for 30+ years.

Excellent experience
We first installed Eviroshake on our cottage 2018(replaced cedar shakes)and most recently fall 2022 we used Eviroshake on a bunkie.
The product is amazing and the Eviroshake staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, always there for our questions. Both our orders 2018 and 2022 were delivered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this product and company.

Satisfied client.
After 5 years of Quebec weather, our roof is still looking like it did when installed in 2018. We are very happy with the look. It is handling the winds and cold winter temperatures very well. We had a small issue with a warranty document (a fault of our own) but customer service rapidly and professionally resolved the issue.
