It's never pleasant when you spot an unwanted visitor (Rat) in your property and need an expert ASAP to help with the problem. That's when Leo came in very very handy. Managed to get an appointment as soon as he could, was very professional, explained what he was going to do to address the problem (even caught one on the first visit), next steps. Thankfully my case seemed to be a one off and not an infestation and haven't seen or heard any since. Was really good to have that reassurance from him. Definitely recommended.

I contacted Leo when I became responsible for a very run-down property a couple of years ago. He was brilliant at establishing the causes of vermin issues in the loft and kitchen, dealing with them and putting in place preventative measures. I asked him to call again this morning and, after a thorough inspection, he was fortunately able to allay my fears of further trouble. Leo is unfailingly polite, agreeable, unruffled and conscientious; what’s more, his charges are very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend Leo more highly.

Leo treated 3 wasps nests in week and even came out at very short notice in between jobs to treat one in our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
