I chose this store expecting German reliability and professionalism. Although the price was slightly better than elsewhere, the experience was far from smooth.
They mixed up billing and delivery addresses despite clear instructions. Mistakes happen, but what followed was unacceptable: slow responses, shifting blame onto me, and a lack of accountability — even though all written evidence was on my side.
The package took 10 days instead of 5, and I had to spend hours coordinating with both the store and DHL. Not worth the stress.
I won’t be buying from them again. They should seriously invest in staff training — especially in customer service and communication. Customers deserve respect, not excuses.
