A complaint from a permanent ENZO client
Hello everyone,
Since 2013 I am an Enzo permanent and contented client. So far! Recently I suggested a new product (Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeliner Crayon Contour) which is not available at the market in my home country (Bulgaria), so I suggested to be added to the Enzo online shop, asking to be informed when it becomes part of the Enzo and when it is available. However I was replied it is not possible! I think if Enzo values their permanent clients, the company should find a way to be in touch all the time with their clients, and answers should be "We will find a way to add it and inform you when the new product is available"! Other answers is not acceptable for the good companies following the proverb: "When someone wants something, he/she will find a way to do it. If he/she doesn't want to do it, an excuse will be found!"
