After years of awful service, we were finally able to ditch EOLO and installed Starlink. The diference is unbelievable - 6 times the speed (consistently) no outages, strong signal throughout our house and outside too. The final insult from EOLO was charging us to discontinue their pathetic service and insisting that we take down their dish from the roof for collection. My son risked life and limb removing the dish for it to be collected the next day. Nobody showed up. Then EOLO called again and arranged another pick up date. Guess what - no show. This just underlines what a crap service EOLO delivers even after you've got rid of them. I'm thinking of sending them an invoice for storage of their fecking useless dish. Lesson - don't even think about installing or keeping EOLO - get yourself a STARLINK service and smile.Update 25 April - EOLO have responded and asked for our customer reference which is 903890952. We await collection of the dish with eager anticipation. We are also pleased to confirm the reliability, speed and excelent service of STARLINK.
EOLO take note - I keep updating the above with our contract number but you never read it. For the last time:-

The professional service and assistance from the owner of the telephone shop in Sandrigo helping me to decide which service provider I should sign up with, to the last step the technician, not forgetting all the other people concerned during the process e.g. the offices in Thiene who made the appointment for installation was excellent.

Luco the installer ( who also spoke English) stayed in touch with me and arrived on time. He managed to fix the required equipment without fuss or drama. He was superb! Would highly recommend Eolo.it - grazie mille!

The internet service providing is good as long as it works. But pray to never have any problems or you will enter your personal hell. The customer service is terrible! You are lucky if they answer the phone. I had tried for 1 hour to call them and never made it out of the waiting line to speak to a real person. My tickets within Eolo's online client area circled in endless loops without any clear resolution.
Background: I had an outage because of a storm and was asking EOLO for technical assistance on the spot. All they did is send me a new router, which I told them I had already bought because I needed the internet to work urgently. I need it for my job. All my requests for technical assistance were simply ignored. After 2 weeks without internet and losing clients every day, I feel helpless and desperate

After registration, contact for termin for installation took place and the installation took place as agreed on the schedule. To short to tell about performance and bandwith but first test bring arround 70-80 MB/s and have been stable for 2 days I could measure.
